A transparent conductive multilayer body includes a cured resin layer, a first transparent conductive layer, and a second transparent conductive layer sequentially laminated on at least one surface of a polymer film. The first transparent conductive layer is a crystalline transparent conductive layer free of an organic component. The second transparent conductive layer contains alkoxysilane, and at least one kind of fine particles A formed of conductive fine particles of metal oxide or metal having an average primary particle diameter of 100 nm or less.

Transparent conductive multilayer body and touch panel made of the same

A transparent conductive laminate for obtaining a transparent touch panel improved in the durability in writing which has been required of conventional transparent touch panels and in durability in writing in marginal regions of the transparent touch panel (margin pushing durability). Also provided is a transparent touch panel employing the laminate. The transparent conductive laminate comprises a polymer film and, superposed on at least one side thereof in the following order, a cured resin layer, a transparent conductive layer (), and another transparent conductive layer (). The transparent conductive layer () is a crystalline transparent conductive layer containing no organic ingredient. The transparent conductive layer () comprises: an ionizing-radiation-cured resin, thermoplastic resin, polymer of a metal alkoxide other than alkoxysilanes, or thermally cured/crosslinked resin; and at least one kind of fine particles (A) of a conductive metal oxide or metal which have an average primary-particle diameter of 100 nm or smaller.

Transparent electroconductive laminate and transparent touch panel

This invention aims to provide a transparent conductive laminate excellent in sliding durability, edge-writing durability, finger writing durability and light resistance and suitable as a movable electrode substrate for a touch panel. Further, it aims to provide a touch panel using the above transparent conductive laminate. This invention is a transparent conductive laminate that is a laminate formed by laminating a polymer film, a cured resin layer-1 and a transparent conductive layer in this order, the cured resin layer-1 having concavoconvex shapes formed by phase separation of two components and containing no fine particles that impart concavoconvex shapes, and the cured resin layer-1 having an arithmetic average roughness (Ra), measured according to JIS B0601-1994, of 0.05 &#x3bc;m or more but less than 0.5 &#x3bc;m and a ten-point average roughness (Rz), measured according to JIS B0601-1982, of 0.5 &#x3bc;m or more but less than 2.0 &#x3bc;m, and a touch panel using the transparent conductive laminate.

The transparent conductive laminate of the invention is a laminate comprising a film made of a polymer with a photoelastic constant of no greater than 70&#xd7;10Pa, a light-scattering layer with a haze value in the range of 0.2-1.4% formed on one side thereof, and a transparent conductive layer formed on the other side thereof, wherein the laminate exhibits an overall retardation of &#x3bb;/4. By using the laminate it is possible to provide touch panels with reduced light reflection, no coloration, excellent visibility and high reliability for outdoor use, as well as touch panel-equipped liquid crystal displays employing them.

A transparent conductive laminate consisting of a transparent polymer substrate, an uneven cured resin layer formed on at least one side of the substrate and a transparent conductive layer formed on the cured resin layer directly or through another layer. The cured resin layer contains fine particles A having an average primary particle diameter of 0.5 to 5 &#x3bc;m and super fine particles C having an average primary particle diameter of 100 nm or less made of a metal oxide and/or a metal fluoride. The above transparent conductive laminate does not cause the deterioration of visibility by sparkling even when a transparent touch panel is mounted on a high-definition display and can prevent 'Newton rings' which occurs between two transparent electrode substrates constituting the transparent touch panel.
