An ink head includes: a common ink chamber; a first nozzle including a first nozzle hole, a first flow channel and the common ink chamber, and a first actuator; and a second nozzle including a second nozzle hole, a second flow channel and the common ink chamber, and a second actuator, the second nozzle being adjacent to the first nozzle in a first direction. The first flow channel is linked to the common ink chamber via a first opening. The second flow channel is linked to the common ink chamber via a second opening. A center position of the first opening is shifted from a center position of the second opening in at least a third direction, the third direction crossing the first direction when viewed along a second direction, the second direction being from the common ink chamber toward the first flow channel.

Ink head

According to one embodiment, a nozzle head includes a nozzle plate, a piezoelectric element, an actuator plate, a fixing part, and a conductive part. The nozzle plate includes a plurality of nozzle holes. The piezoelectric element includes a plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of second electrodes provided alternately and a piezoelectric part provided between the plurality of first electrodes and the plurality of second electrodes. The piezoelectric element is provided for each of the plurality of nozzle holes. The actuator plate is provided on opposite side of the nozzle plate from a side to which the plurality of nozzle holes are opened. The fixing part is insulative and provided between each of a plurality of the piezoelectric elements and the actuator plate. The conductive part is conductive and provided between each of a plurality of the piezoelectric elements and the actuator plate.

Droplet jetting applicator and method for manufacturing coated body

A method for manufacturing a product includes: filling, with a dispersion medium, an internal flow path and a liquid chamber of a droplet-jetting head for jetting droplets of liquid filled in the liquid chamber through the internal flow path, the internal flow path and the liquid chamber communicating with each other; filling the internal flow path and the liquid chamber of the droplet-jetting head with a dispersion liquid containing particles in place of the dispersion medium filled in the internal flow path and the liquid chamber; and applying the dispersion liquid droplets onto an object to be coated from the droplet-jetting head filled with the dispersion liquid.

A droplet jetting applicator includes a coating unit jetting and coating droplets to a to-be-coated object; a storage space storing the to-be-coated object coated with the droplets; an exhaust section exhausting gas in the storage space; an adjustment unit adjusting an outlet flow of the gas exhausted by the exhaust section from the storage space; and a control section controlling the adjustment unit so that the outlet flow is changed in a stepwise manner.
