A power capacitor, in particular a DC link capacitor, having a capacitor housing which has a first housing wall, in particular made of metal, which is galvanically connectable to a housing of an electronics unit, in particular a power electronics unit, and planar energizing units for energizing the power capacitor. A first subregion of a first energizing unit extends in an inner space of the housing adjacent to and at a distance from the first housing wall or from a different housing wall of the capacitor housing that is conductively connected to the first housing wall. A layer made of a dielectric material other than air is situated between the first subregion of the first energizing unit and this housing wall.

Power capacitor

A circuit system having at least two inverter modules connected in parallel, each of which includes an inverter circuit having power semiconductor circuit breakers and a gate driver circuit for controlling the power semiconductor circuit breakers; the gate driver circuit of a first inverter module includes a signal transmission circuit via which a control signal is transmittable from a low-voltage side to a high-voltage side, and a first driver output terminal which is electrically connected to the first driver input terminals of the gate driver circuits of the inverter modules connected in parallel, and via which the high-voltage side control signal or a control signal deduced therefrom is transmittable to the gate driver circuits of the inverter modules connected in parallel. The power semiconductor circuit breakers of the inverter circuits of the inverter modules, connected in parallel to the first inverter module, are controlled based on the transmitted control signal.

An electronics apparatus having a housing, an inverting device, a first circuit board connected to the inverting device via at least one line, and a second circuit board connected via a first galvanic connection to the first circuit board and connected via a second galvanic connection to at least component, and having a first filter situated on the first circuit board and upstream from the first galvanic connection, the first filter having a first discharge connection to the housing, and having a second filter situated on the second circuit board and downstream from the first galvanic connection, the second filter having a second discharge connection to the housing, and having a third filter situated on the second circuit board and upstream from the second galvanic connection, the third filter having a third discharge connection to the housing. A method for producing an electronics apparatus is also described.
