A holding frame for a plug connector, for receiving contact inserts, includes: a main frame, which has a first side wall, a second side wall opposite the first side wall, a first end wall, and a second end wall opposite the first end wall, the first side wall, the second side wall, the first end wall, and the second end wall enclosing an interior of the main frame into which the contact inserts are insertable in an insertion direction; and multiple wall segments, each of which has a fastening region via which the contact inserts that are inserted into the interior of the main frame are holdable on the main frame. Each wall segment of the multiple wall segments are arranged on a receiving section formed on the first side wall or on the second side wall. Each receiving section has a slot-like cutout.

Holding frame, connector and electronic device

A holding frame for a plug connector for installation into a metal connector housing and for the protective earthing thereof, and for accommodating similar and/or different modules, includes: a base frame; and at least one flange part. The holding frame is formed from at least two different materials, of which at least one material is electrically conductive. The base frame is a die-cast component. The at least one flange part is formed from resilient sheet metal. The at least one flange part has trapezoidal tapering.

A holding frame for a plug connector, for receiving contact inserts, includes: a main frame, which has a first side wall, a second side wall opposite the first side wall, a first end wall, and a second end wall opposite the first end wall, the first side wall, the second side wall, the first end wall, and the second end wall enclosing an interior of the main frame into which the contact inserts are insertable in an insertion direction; and a plurality of wall segments, each of which has a fastening region via which the contact inserts which are inserted into the interior of the main frame are holdable on the main frame. In a mounted position, each wall segment of the plurality of wall segments is arranged on a receiving section formed on the first side wall or on the second side wall.

In order to separably connect an electric conductor () to a printed circuit board (), it is proposed to insert a connecting element () into an opening () in the printed circuit board (). In this case, a sleeve-like contact region () of the connecting element () is clamped against the inner surface () of the opening () by means of a clamping pin ().

A modular-construction control casing for the integration of plug-in connectors and additional electronic equipment within an electronic casing which is located, in a decentralized manner, close to the consumer's installation. The rectangular parallelepiped-shaped casing is formed from two identical half-shells, at least one mounting plate or printed-circuit board being mountable within the casing. Provided at the narrow sides of the casing are openings which can receive either a plate part for the closure of the casing and/or for the mounting of control elements, or into which there can be inserted, with a form-fit, an adapter which is provided for receiving already known plug-in connectors.

For connecting the cable shielding in screened electric cables in the case of a round plug connection, it is proposed that, for the purpose of making contact with the cable shield, a contact element is provided which is disposed between an insulating pressing/clamping part and an insulating body, an aperture through which the cable shield can be introduced being provided in the said contact element. Under these circumstances, the contact element is shaped in such a way that connection of the cable shield to a counterplug can take place by means of a contact part which is to be provided inside the plug connector housing, or by means of the electrically conductive outer cover of the plug connector, or via both methods.

Round plug connector for screened electric cables

A plug connector comprises a first insulating body, at least one connection contact which is arranged in the first insulating body and is provided for being connected with a conductor, a second insulating body and at least one plug-in contact which is arranged in the second insulating body and is provided for being connected with a complementary plug connector. The plug-in contact and the connection contact are connected with each other in an electrically conductive manner by a plug connection. The plug connection is formed by two elastic tabs provided on one of the contacts and cooperating with the other of the contacts. A method for mounting a plug connector comprises the following steps: First, at least one connection contact is arranged in a first insulating body. Then, at least one plug-in contact is arranged in a second insulating body. Finally, the plug-in contact and the connection contact are inserted into each other.

Plug connector

For a holding frame for holding plug connector modules and for installation in plug connector casings or for screwing onto wall surfaces, the plug connector modules being inserted in the holding frame and holding means on the plug connector modules interacting with recesses provided on opposite wall parts (side parts) of the holding frame, it is proposed that the holding frame be constructed from two halves connected to one another in an articulated manner and that the recesses for holding the plug connector modules be constructed, in the side parts of the holding frame, as openings which are closed all round. Under these circumstances, the holding frame is unfolded for the purpose of inserting the plug connector modules and is then closed, the plug connector modules then being held in a form-locking manner in the holding frame via the holding means.
