A loudspeaker box that is particularly suitable for a hearing aid, includes a cup-like box bottom shell, which delimits a box interior for at least partially receiving a loudspeaker, and a cup-like box cover shell, which, in the intended assembly state of the loudspeaker box, is placed on the box bottom shell overlapping it for a part of its cup height to enclose the box interior and to house the loudspeaker. In the intended assembly state, the box bottom shell and the box top shell form a fluid-tight seal of the box interior in the region of their overlap by the use of a material with increased elasticity relative to the box bottom shell and/or the box cover shell. The box bottom shell and cover shell are reversibly connected to one another in a nondestructively releasable manner.

A damping device for the anti-vibration mounting of a receiver within a hearing instrument includes an elastic damping element, a cage connected to the elastic damping element, and a shell surrounding the cage. An elastic damping element provides a vibration-damping mounting of a receiver inside a hearing instrument. The damping element contains a hollow base body, from the inner surface of which a plurality of retaining projections project, and each retaining projection has at its distal end a contact surface for the receiver that will be mounted there. A recess, which is formed in an outer surface of the base body in alignment with the associated retaining projection in order to achieve a reduced material thickness, corresponds with at least one of the retaining projections.

A hearing device has a sealable housing with a wall that delimits an inner space. In addition, the hearing device has a microphone which is arranged in the inner space, and a microphone opening in the wall, as well as a protective element for protecting the microphone. The housing has a sound channel with at least one sound inlet opening, and the protective element is positioned in the sound channel.

A hearing aid, in particular a behind-the-ear hearing aid, has a housing to be worn behind an ear of a user, and a receiver which, in order to transmit sound to the ear, is connected to a sound tube having a housing-side end on which a plug connector is arranged. A hearing apparatus has a housing, a receiver in the housing, and a sound conductor through which sound from the receiver is conducted out of the housing. In order to render the device as small as possible, the hearing apparatus has a cover piece which is inserted into the housing in such a way that a sound channel is formed. The sound channel is thereby delimited at the sides by the housing and the cover piece. A special sound-conducting tube can therefore be dispensed with.

With a hearing aid device in a frame configuration, acoustic feedback is avoided with an opened battery charger. A hearing apparatus and in particular a hearing aid are to be optimized as regards the risk of feedback. The hearing apparatus contains a housing, having a first opening and a second opening, and with a frame, in or on which a signal processing component is attached, and which can be inserted into the first opening of the housing as far as an end position. A ramp is disposed in the housing which interacts with the frame such that the frame is also moved perpendicular to the direction of insertion toward the second opening during insertion into the housing along a direction of insertion only in one section as far as the end position, which is less than 30% of the insertion path from the first opening to the end position.

When external receivers are used in hearing devices there is a need to suppress feedback further. An ear mold with a receiver is therefore proposed, having a receiver connector including a first snap-fit element at the sound outlet. An adapter is inserted directly into the ear mold and has a second snap-fit element, which is snapped into the first snap-fit element in a manner such that it can be released. A seal, which surrounds the receiver connector completely, is made of a more elastic material than the receiver connector and the adapter and is fitted between the receiver connector and the adapter. It is thus possible to secure the receiver in the ear mold in an acoustically sealed manner, so that there is less feedback. The seal however also ensures that less dirt reaches the receiver.

A hearing aid is provided. The hearing aid has a one- or multi-part carrying hook. The one- or multi-part carrying hook has a tip for connection to a sound tube, the tip being connected integrally to a damper extending across the internal cross-section of the tip, the damper preferably being designed as a membrane.

The invention relates to a hearing aid with a sound receiver for generating a microphone signal representing a sound wave received and a sound generator for generating a sound depending on a power signal received. An earpiece for a hearing device is provided with a high retaining force in an ear shell in a repeatedly detachable manner. The earpiece comprising a receiver including a receiver connecting piece at the sound outlet and an ear shell in which the receiver is fixed and which holds the receiver in the ear canal and possesses, when worn in the ear canal, an inner side facing the eardrum and an opposite outer side on which the receiver is detachably fixed. The receiver is attached to the ear shell via a bayonet fitting. A first part of the bayonet fitting is fixedly connected to the receiver connecting piece. A second part of the bayonet fitting is rotated from the inner side of the ear shell to the first part of the bayonet fitting. The bayonet fitting ensures sufficient retention and wear-free releasing and closing.
