The present invention relates to a method for producing polyurethane foams by reacting an isocyanate component with an isocyanate-reactive component comprising at least one polyethercarbonate polyol, the reaction taking place in the presence of a component K selected from one or more compounds from the group consisting of K1 esters of mono- or polybasic carboxylic acids whose (first) dissociation has a pKa of 0.5 to 4.0, K2 mono-, di- and polysulfonates of mono- and polyfunctional alcohols, and K3 one or more compounds from the group consisting of K 3.1 esters of phosphoric acid, phosphonic acid, phosphorous acid, phosphinic acid, phosphonous acid and phosphinous acid, these esters each containing no P&#x2014;OH group, K3.2 oligomeric alkyl phosphates of the general formula (II), where a is an integer from 1 to 10, b is an integer from 1 to 10, R1, R2, R3 and R4 are alkyl groups having at least one carbon, and R1, R2, R3 and R4 are alike or, independently of one another, different, and R5 is a linear alkylene group having at least two carbons or is a branched alkylene group having at least three carbons, and K3.3 comprises oligomeric alkyl phosphates of the general formula (III), where a is an integer from 1 to 10, b is an integer from 1 to 10, R1, R4 and R5 are linear alkylene groups having at least two carbons or are branched alkylene groups having at least three carbons, and R1, R4 and R5 are alike or, independently of one another, different, and R2 and R3 are alkyl groups having at least one carbon, and R2 and R3 are alike or, independently of one another, different. Polyurethane foams based on polyethercarbonate polyols

The invention relates to a method for producing PUR/PIR rigid foam materials, having the steps of reacting at least one polyester polyol (a), which can be obtained by reacting a. I.) at least one cyclic carboxylic acid anhydride; a.2.) at least one low-molecular dial with a molecular mass of 62 to 450 Da; and a.3.) at least one alkylene oxide; by esterifying the components a.I.) and a.2.) and subsequently oxalkylating the resulting carboxylic acid half-ester using component a.3.); wherein at least the oxalkylation is carried out using a.4.) at least one amine catalyst in which (the) nitrogen atom(s) is/are part of an aromatic ring system, with (b) at least one polyisocyanate-containing component, (c) at least one propellant, (d) at least one or more catalysts, (e) optionally at one flameproofing agent and/or other auxiliary agents, and (f) optionally at least one additional compound with at least two groups which are reactive towards isocyanates and which differ from polyester polyol (a). The invention also relates to a PUR/PIR rigid foam material which can be obtained using a method according to the invention, to a composite element comprising the PUR/PIR rigid foam material according to the invention, at least one cover layer selected from concrete, wood, press board, aluminum, copper, steel, stainless steel, paper, non-wovens, and plastic, and multilayer composites or a combination thereof. The invention also relates to the use of the PUR/PIR rigid foam materials according to the invention or the composite element according to the invention for heat damping.

PUR/PIR rigid foams made of polyaddition oligoesters

The invention relates to a method for producing polyurethane foams by reacting the following components A a polyol component containing A1 40 to 100 parts by weight of polyether carbonate polyol with a hydroxyl number according to DIN 53240-1 June 2013 of 20 mg KOH/g to 120 mg KOH/g, A2 0 to 60 parts by weight of polyether polyol with a hydroxyl number according to DIN 53240-1 June 2013 of 20 mg KOH/g to 250 mg KOH/g and an ethylene oxide content of 0 to 60 wt. %, wherein polyether polyol A2 is free from carbonate units, B B1 a catalyst and B2 optionally auxiliary and additional materials, C water and/or physical blowing agents with D di- and/or polyisocyanates, wherein the production occurs at a characteristic value of 90 to 120, characterised in that the component A contains a component A5 of 0.05 to 10.00 parts by weight of polyester polyol, in relation to the sum of the parts by weight of the components A1+A2=100 parts by weight, said polyester polyol containing units derived from malonic acid.

The invention relates to a method for producing polyether carbonate polyols by adding alkylene oxides and carbon dioxide to an H-functional starter substance in the presence of a double metal cyanide (DMC) catalyst or in the presence of a metal complex catalyst based on the metals zinc and/or cobalt, wherein (&#x3b3;) alkylene oxide and carbon dioxide are added to an H-functional starter substance in a reactor with a total pressure (absolute) of 5 to 120 bar in the presence of a double metal cyanide catalyst or in the presence of a metal complex catalyst based on the metals zinc and/or cobalt, and a reaction mixture containing the polyether carbonate polyol is obtained, (&#x3b4;) the reaction mixture obtained in step (&#x3b3;) remains in the reactor or is optionally continuously transferred to a downstream reactor at a starting total pressure (absolute) of 5 to 120 bar, the content of free alkylene oxide in the reaction mixture being reduced in the course of a downstream reaction in each case, and the total pressure (absolute) can be reduced by up to 50% during the step (&#x3b4;), and (&#x3b6;) the content of highly volatile components of the obtained reaction mixture is thermally reduced at a temperature of 80&#xb0; C. to 200&#xb0; C. The invention is characterized in that (&#x3b5;) the reaction mixture resulting from step (&#x3b4;) is brought to a total pressure (absolute) of &#x2264;2.0 bar, preferably 0.5 bar to 2.0 bar, particularly preferably 0.9 bar to 1.1 bar, prior to step (&#x3b6;) and then left at a temperature of 80 to 180&#xb0; C. for a dwell time of at least 0.5 h. After the dwell time has expired, 5 to 100 ppm of component K is added to the resulting mixture, component K being selected from at least one compound which contains a phosphorus-oxygen-hydrogen group.

The invention relates to a method for producing polyether carbonate polyols, (i) one or more alkylene oxide(s) and carbon dioxide being added to one or more H-functional starter substance(s) in the presence of a double metal cyanide catalyst or in the presence of a metal complex catalyst based on the metals zinc and/or cobalt, a reaction mixture containing the polyether carbonate polyol being obtained, characterized in that (ii) at least one component K is added to the obtained reaction mixture containing the polyether carbonate polyol, wherein component K is selected from at least one compound that contains a phosphorus-oxygen bond or a compound of phosphorus that can form one or more P&#x2014;O bonds by reaction with OH-functional compounds.

Use of alcohols containing at least two urethane groups for preparation of polyether polyols

The invention concerns a new polyol composition from isopropylidenediphenol-based polyethers, which are used in an advantageous manner for the production of polyurethane-polyisocyanurate (PUR-/PIR) rigid foams, as well as their production and use in PUR/PIR rigid foams.

The invention relates to a process for producing polyether carbonate polyols through an addition reaction of alkylene oxides and carbon dioxide onto one or more H-functional starter substances in the presence of a double metal cyanide catalyst or in the presence of a metal complex catalyst based on the metals zinc and/or cobalt, characterized in that one or more H-functional starter substances containing at least 1000 ppm of component (K) is/are continuously metered into the reactor during the reaction, where component (K) is selected from at least one compound containing a phosphorus-oxygen bond and a phosphorus compound that can form one or more P&#x2014;O bonds through reaction with OH-functional compounds.

The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of a hydroxy-amino polymer, comprising the steps: a) reacting an H-functional starter compound carrying at least one Zerewitinoff-active H atom with an unsaturated cyclic carboxylic acid anhydride and at least one alkylene oxide compound to give a hydroxyl-group-carrying prepolymer, b) adding a primary amine and/or ammonia to the double bonds of the hydroxyl-group-carrying prepolymer obtained according to step a) to give the hydroxy-amino polymer, wherein the reaction of the H-functional starter compound with the unsaturated cyclic carboxylic acid anhydride and/or the addition of the alkylene oxide compound is carried out using a double metal cyanide catalyst (DMC catalyst). The invention relates additionally to a hydroxy-amino polymer obtainable by the above-mentioned process, wherein the ratio of the amount of alkylene oxide compound to the amount of carboxylic acid anhydride is at least 1.1:1, and further to the use of this hydroxy-amino polymer in the preparation of a polyurethane urea polymer.
