Present invention relates to gas cylinder lifting cart having a base frame, a long bar, a keeper bar where the cylinder can be held securely during transport by friction pads on holding brackets, with at least a caster wheel providing easy steering. The keeper bar provides open access to put on a gas cylinder, instead of the hassle, and inherent danger, of lifting a gas cylinder vertically up and down to put on the cart. The base frame has a slight bent angle to facilitate easy tilting towards a slant angle for transport.

Present invention teaches tool rest system having a magnetic base and a height-and-angle adjustable arm with a platform situated at the top portion of the arm, for working on the surface of a welding table with ferromagnetic attribute. An anti-tipping plate provides the anti-tipping power when a large or heavy load is placed upon the platform on the arm that is adjustable by two screws. Additional features of cable hanger and storage box adds to the convenience of use for welding work.

Present invention disclosed and claimed a magnetic clamping tool where a clamping arm with a clamping finger serves to clamp on a working object in normal, sideways, or even up-side-down orientations, where the movements of the clamping finger is controlled by a first wing screw and the movement of the clamping arm is controlled by a third wing screw. The clamping arm is releasably attached to a bracket which is further releasably attached to a V-pad by a locking nut. An anti-tipping screw provides a counter-balancing force to the biasing force of a helical spring on the bracket, and is most useful when the longitudinal direction of the bracket is at a 90-degree angle with the longitudinal direction of the clamping arm.

Present invention teaches a notcher having primary structures of a base plate with a mounting plate set in a vertical orientation. A square plate carries a pivotable trapezoidal plate that carries the notcher assembly. The square plate is slidably connected to said mounting plate wedges on the square plate where those wedges match to v-grooves on the side of the mounting plate. A T-post clamp serves to provide the holding structure to hold work pieces in place for the notcher assembly to do the needed work of cutting/notching out a hole.

Present invention teaches a magnetic pad to work with clamping tools where the magnet and protrusions on the top surface provide for easy aligning and connection from the clamping tool to the pad, relying primarily on the use of a ring-shaped magnet embedded in the top surface. The bottom surface provides flexible holding surface upon work pieces with two grooves of different sizes. The pad materials can be made from soft metals to eliminate marring the surface of work pieces.

A multi-angle magnetic holder includes a first arm piece having a first center magnetic block; a first set of two opposite outside covers tightly wrapping the first center magnetic block between the covers; a second arm piece having a second center magnetic block; a second set of two opposite covers tightly wrapping the second center magnetic block between the covers; and a locking hinge serving as rotatable connection between the first and second arm pieces. A tightening mechanism is provided to receive a hex key into a matching key hole for purpose of setting and adjusting desired angles formed between the first and second arm pieces. The multi-angle magnetic holder has a first acute angle and a second acute angle.

Present invention teaches the construction of a welding table cart that consists of a table structure and a reversible top. The welding table cart provides, among other features, a side plate, removable/adjustable bar, and a hanger tube assembly near the under portion of reversible table top, where an inner tube can be extended out from an outer tube, and provides an end-platform for added convenience. Multiple welding table carts can be joined together for increased work space.

A push-pull pliers with hammers utilizing the mechanism of conventional vise-grip locking pliers comprises a fixed jaw with threaded hole and hammer head and a slidable hammer assembly attached to either side of the body of the fixed jaw. Gripping a workpiece, such as a cotter pin, a nail, a tube, etc., the slidable hammer assembly can be used to push the workpiece into its base or to pull the workpiece out of its base. The slidable hammer assembly is detachable from the body of the present invention.

A clamping device utilizing the principle of leverage comprises a body, a L-shape front clamping leg, a pair of L-shape rear clamping legs, a spring clip, and a braided ground wire. Both the front and the rear clamping legs are slidable on the body and fixed by wing screws so that the position of the body relative to the front and rear clamping legs is adjustable and hence the clamping size and clamping force are also adjustable. Copper tips are added to the legs to eliminate sparkling while welding. A braided wire can be connected to the body for grounding purpose.
