The present invention relates to a bar for the electrical contacting of an electrically conductive substrate in the form of a thin, electrically conducting and resilient contact. The bar comprises a current-collecting bar on which a plurality of contact fingers is fitted. The invention is distinguished by the contact fingers being configured resiliently in the direction of the contact to be produced.

The invention relates to a device for securing solar cells to glass surfaces, the securing device comprising a film of encapsulation material containing a plurality of holes and troughs in the film surface. Solar cells disposed on the film can be secured to a glass surface as a result of a vacuum being generated in the troughs and holes. The invention also relates to a method for securing solar cells in solar module production.

The invention relates to a concentrator arrangement for solar radiation which has a beam splitter for deflecting solar radiation by means of total reflection. Furthermore, the invention relates to a device for concentrating and converting solar energy which has such a concentrator and at least one device for the conversion of solar energy. Such devices for the conversion of solar energy are for example solar cells, solar modules or thermal solar collectors. The concentrators according to the invention are used for concentrating solar radiation just as in sun protection panels.

A Venetian type sunshade comprising a plurality of parallel lamellae with horizontally extending respective longitudinal axes, which are adapted to be rotated about their respective longitudinal axes using an adjusting mechanism. The lamellae, or a layer applied on the upper side of the lamellae, consists of a material transparent to sunlight. Each lamella has an upper side, a plurality of ribs, and a third face. Each rib has a first face arranged obliquely relative to the upper side of the lamella and adapted to be irradiated by the sun in an approximately vertical direction, and a second face which is arranged flush and at an acute angle of roughly 45&deg; relative to the first flat element. The third face is approximately orthogonal to the second faces. Adjacent ribs define a mutual spacing which permits a low shade irradiation and emission through the first faces when there is approximately perpendicular irradiation of the first flat elements, with the optical connection between the mutual spacing being within the thickness between the upper side of a lamella and the third face.
