A vehicle running board assembly includes, among other things, a reinforcing insert, and a beam that is extruded over the reinforcing insert. A step pad is extruded over the beam. A vehicle running board manufacturing method according to another exemplary aspect of the present disclosure includes, among other things, extruding a beam over a reinforcing insert, extruding a step pad over the beam, and cutting the beam, the reinforcing insert, and the step pad to provide the running board.

A washer fluid delivery system includes a washer fluid reservoir having a first zone with a first low point and a second zone with a second low point. A first valve is disposed in the first zone. The first valve is moveable back and forth between a flow permitting position and a flow restricting position in response to an amount of washer fluid within the first zone. A second valve is disposed in the second zone. The second valve is moveable back and forth between a flow permitting position and a flow restricting position in response to an amount of washer fluid within the second zone. A pump operates to draw a washer fluid from the first zone when the first valve is in the flow permitting position, and to draw a washer fluid from the second zone when the second valve is in the flow permitting position.

A vehicle includes a removable roof panel and an integrated handle and roof rack assembly mounted to the removable roof panel. The integrated handle and roof rack assembly is adapted to function both as a handle for installing or removing the roof panel and as a roof rack for achieving vehicle rooftop cargo storage.

A first series of light sources is positioned to emit a first light on the first and second pluralities of perovskites. The first plurality of perovskites are configured to emit light having a wavelength of from about 620 nm to about 750 nm in response to the first light.
