The subject of this disclosure relates to a diving apparatus and a method for marking a diver's' location. The disclosure provides a receptacle for diving equipment which is configured to float upon the surface of the water and optionally support a flag and pole to mark the diver's relative position underwater. An anchoring system is also disclosed coupling the apparatus to the sea floor or river bottom to maintain position of the apparatus in the general location of the diver. The apparatus further includes a perimeter ring handle, a receptacle for storing equipment, and a method for supporting a diver.

Diving platform

A multi-purpose boat tower comprising a unitary device with discrete and integral components including a rigid frame cage mounted to a portion of the deck and transom of a boat, a horizontal platform removably mounted to the top of the rigid frame, a plurality of foldable rack structures mounted to the rigid frame, a plurality of fishing rod holders mounted to the rigid frame and a rigid pylon structure mounted to the top of the rigid frame.

Multi-purpose boat tower

The invention comprises a boat hawse pipe and accessory tray combined in a single-piece unit for mounting on a boat's gunnel boards to provide a means for holding beverage cups, bottles, or personal and marine accessories, and for receiving the dock lines or cables to be tied to cleats on the sidewalls of a boat while preventing damage to the fiberglass body of the boat through frictional contact with those dock lines.

Combination boat hawse pipe and accessory tray

A shelf section either having a bottle holding region or a central wood member supporting a platform and adapted to fit against a wall section where there are exposed 2 by 4 wooden posts at spaced intervals. The shelf section has a horizontal platform, part of which is positioned between adjacent 2 by 4 posts, and the other part extending outwardly from the posts. A pair of mounting flanges attach to the outer surfaces of the 2 by 4, and a pair of braces extend between the flanges and the platform. The shelf section is designed to be made from a single metal sheet cut to the appropriate dimensions and configuration, and is arranged so that a plurality of shelf sections can next within one another for storage, transportation, etc.

Shelf section and method

A shelf section adapted to fit against a wall section where there are exposed 2&times;4 wooden posts at spaced intervals.
