The present invention is directed to an irrigation device and irrigation system. More specifically, the present invention is directed to a weep or tear type irrigation device and irrigation system.

Irrigation device and system

Paper mill sludge is reclaimed and useful products produced therefrom. A predetermined amount of paper mill sludge is continuously discharged from a storage reservoir onto a mixer/conveyor to create a first reactant stream. A predetermined amount of calcium oxide is input into the first reactant stream from a calcium oxide reservoir. The calcium oxide and paper mill sludge are mixed as they travel along the mixer/conveyor to form a first intermediate mixture. After a time period sufficient to allow for the reaction of the calcium oxide and paper mill sludge, a predetermined amount of diatomite is added to the reactant stream from a diatomite storage reservoir. The first reactant stream, now comprising the first intermediate mixture of paper mill sludge and calcium oxide combined with diatomite, forms a useful, environmentally safe product.

A floor dry material and method of manufacturing same in which waste cellulosic fibrous material, such as waste paper, is finely shredded after which any metal component is removed and the shredded material is then thoroughly mixed with a biodegradable surfactant, calcium oxide, and water until a temperature about 140.degree. F. to 150.degree. F. is achieved after which a natural citric-based solvent degreaser and a material selected from the group comprising silica diatomite plankton and non-swelling clay are added to obtain a finished floor dry material.

A continuous flow process for treating waste cellulosic fiber or paper mill sludge wherein calcium oxide, silica and water are blended with waste cellulosic fiber or paper mill sludge such that a pH is reached of between 10.5 and 12 to provide a treated mixture. F. is achieved after which a material selected from the group comprising silica diatomite plankton and non-swelling clay is added and the mixture is neutralized to a pH of about 7.

A method of manufacturing animal bedding material in which waste cellulosic fibrous material, such as waste paper, is finely shredded after which any metal component is removed and the shredded material is then thoroughly mixed with calcium oxide and water until a temperature of the mixture of about 120.degree. F. to 140.degree. F. is achieved after which the mixture is neutralized with silica diatomite plankton or non-swelling clay in a ratio to obtain a final mixture having a neutral pH and drying the final mixture to obtain a product useful for bedding for animals.

Method of manufacturing waste absorbent material

An improved rotary kiln having an elongated kiln member formed of refractory material and supported for rotation, a tubular liner in the kiln member formed of electrically conductive material, a stationary tubular structural non-electrically conductive member concentrically surrounding the kiln and of interior diameter greater than the exterior diameter of the kiln providing an annular space therebetween, an induction coil wound on the exterior of the tubular structural member and an AC source connected to the induction coil and means of rotating the kiln member, the induction coil heating the tubular liner to heat contents within the kiln as the contents are tumbled by rotation of the kiln.
