A canned motor pump that includes a pipe-shaped can part which accommodates a rotor, a plurality of supports protruding radially outward from sides of the can part, and a plurality of the split cores each of which is inserted inside a corresponding support of the supports. Each distal end of the split cores extends in a direction toward a corresponding insulator part. A plurality of insulator parts are respectively formed on distal ends of the supports. An annular outer ring surrounds the outer circumference of the insulator parts. The inner circumference of the outer ring adjoins to exposed outermost ends of the split cores. Coils then are wound on the supports to provide a can motor pump with fewer parts and better performance.

Canned-motor pump for vehicle

A canned motor pump is provided that includes a rotor of a motor and a shaft shaped as a bar. The shaft penetrates through and is coupled with the rotor. A bearing is shaped as a circular cylinder, and is coupled to an upper side of the rotor. Further, the shaft penetrates through the bearing. A housing surrounds the rotor and the bearing to expose an upper end of the bearing and to house the rotor and the bearing within the housing.

A thermal management system is provided which may be miniaturized and may have a reduced weight by integrating thermal management parts in a fuel cell vehicle. In particular, a new type of thermal management system integrated housing in which a housing of a pump housing part, a housing of a 3-way valve fluid part, and a bypass channel among parts of the thermal management system for a fuel cell vehicle are integrated into a single structure to reduce the size of the overall system.

A canned motor pump includes a stator assembly and a housing surrounding the outer portion of the state assembly. The housing is coupled with the stator assembly in a state in which the housing is divided into a plurality of pieces by cutting lines, and has a through-hole in a side portion into which a fastener is fastened. A fixing ring is coupled to the inside of the housing and the stator assembly so as to provide a seal between the housing and the stator assembly.

The present invention provides a heating control method for a fuel cell vehicle, in which an additional heating source is used together with a typical electric heater to reduce power consumption and increase fuel efficiency as compared to the sole use of the electric heater. For this purpose, the present invention provides a heating control method for a fuel cell vehicle which comprises an electric heater for heating air supplied to the interior of the vehicle, and a heater core provided in a coolant line for cooling a fuel cell stack and heating the air supplied to the interior of the vehicle by heat exchange with the coolant discharged from the fuel cell stack. The method comprises: detecting a state of charge (SOC) of a battery when the interior temperature is lower than a predetermined temperature set by a driver and, if the SOC of the battery is above a predetermined lower limit, heating the interior of the vehicle by operating the electric heater by the power of a battery; heating the interior of the vehicle by operating the electric heater by the power generated by the fuel cell stack, if the SOC of the battery is below the lower limit; heating the interior of the vehicle using both the heater core and the electric heater, if the temperature of the coolant is above a predetermined temperature at which the fuel cell stack does not reach a normal operating temperature; and heating the interior of the vehicle using only the heater core while turning off the electric heater, if the temperature of the coolant is increased above a normal operating temperature of the fuel cell stack.

Heating control method for fuel cell vehicle

Disclosed is a canned motor for restraining a cogging torque from being generated by inserting magnetic metal pins into slot openings of a stator, thereby reducing noise and vibrations during an operation of the canned motor. The canned motor includes: a can inserted into a housing to seal a coil mounted within the housing; and a stator installed on an outer peripheral surface of the can and inserted along an inner peripheral surface of the housing. A plurality of fixing guides protrude from an outer peripheral surface of the can and metal pins are inserted into the fixing guides to be integral with the fixing guide, such that the metal pins are inserted into and attached to slot openings of the stator when inserted into the stator.
