Provided herein are apparatus and methods for coexistence between Wi-Fi communication and Bluetooth communication. An apparatus for a UE includes: a Wi-Fi module to perform Wi-Fi communication; a Bluetooth module to perform Bluetooth communication; and interface circuitry coupled with both of the Wi-Fi module and the Bluetooth module; wherein the Wi-Fi module is to: obtain event schedule information from the Bluetooth module via the interface circuitry, wherein the event schedule information is to indicate information about a schedule of the Bluetooth communication; and puncture, based on the event schedule information, a secondary channel for the Wi-Fi communication to reserve a sub-channel for the Bluetooth communication. Apparatus and method for coexistence between Wi-Fi communication and Bluetooth communication

Methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture to improve Bluetooth low energy streaming connection efficiency are disclosed herein. An example method includes accessing a request received at a first device from a second device, the request requesting set up of an isochronous link between the first device and the second device, the request including a configuration identifier. Whether the configuration identifier identifies a configuration stored at the first device is determined. In response to determining that the configuration identifier identifies the configuration stored at the first device, the isochronous link using the stored configuration.

For example, a first wireless device may include a radio to send a first Neighbor Awareness Network (NAN) Service discovery frame including a first Robust peer-to-peer attribute, and to receive from a second wireless device a second NAN Service discovery frame including a second Robust peer-to-peer attribute, the first peer-to-peer attribute including first availability information to indicate at least one first channel and one or more first time slots, the second peer-to-peer attribute including second availability information to indicate at least one second channel and one or more second time slots; and a controller to setup a Robust peer-to-peer connection with the second peer-to-peer device based on the first and second availability information.

Apparatus, system and method of setting up a connection for communication between NAN devices

This disclosure describes an enhanced Bluetooth channel establishment. A device may identify an isochronous connection oriented (ICO) command for a Bluetooth communication. The device may send a first ICO start command from a first link layer (LL) to a second LL, and the first LL may receive a first ICO start confirmation from the second LL. The first LL may then send a second ICO start command to a third LL, and the first LL may receive a second ICO start confirmation from the third LL. A third ICO start confirmation may then be sent. The device may also have an ICO request and response exchange between LL's.
