The present disclosure provides a barrier laminate (F) comprising: a) at least one polyolefin core layer (X); b) at least one barrier layer (Y) joined to both the sides of the at least one polyolefin core layer (X); and c) at least one polyolefin layer (Z) adjacent to the at least one barrier layer (Y), wherein the at least one barrier layer is a polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) coating layer on one side of the at least one polyolefin core layer (X) and has a coating thickness in the range of 0.1 gsm-1.5 gsm. The present disclosure also provides a process for preparing the barrier laminate.

Barrier laminate and implementations thereof

A laminate includes a multilayer outer film, which includes a first barrier layer and polyolefin layer on both sides of the first barrier layer, and a multilayer middle film, which includes a second barrier layer and polyolefin layer on both sides of the second barrier layer. The polyolefin layer of the multilayer outer film towards the multilayer middle film and/or the polyolefin layer of the multilayer middle film towards the multilayer outer film is metallized with a metal selected from aluminum, nickel, chromium, or combinations thereof. A process can be used for preparing the laminate and an article can include the laminate.

Laminate of multilayer films and process thereof

The present disclosure relates to a lamitube comprising: a) a top layer comprising at least one ethylene polymer; and b) a second layer comprising at least one ethylene polymer having a first surface and a second surface, wherein the lamitube has a density in the range of 0.942-0.99 gm/cm. The present disclosure also discloses a process of manufacturing a lamitube comprising the steps of forming the layers and laminating the layers together, then slitting into reels of desired width in the range of 63-320 mm, followed by tubing from the reels.

Lamitube and implementations thereof

A recyclable article includes 50-90 wt % of at least one polyethylene having a density in the range 0.94 to 0.97 g/cm. The article exhibits Young's modulus less than 700 MPa; and a haze value less than or equal to 50%. The recyclable article can be included in a film or a laminate. The article can be prepared using a blown film extrusion process.

Recyclable packaging material and process of preparation thereof

The present disclosure discloses multilayer barrier (F) comprising: (a) at least one polyolefin core layer (A); (b) at least one barrier layer (B) on both the sides of the core layer; and (c) at least one polyolefin layer (C) adjacent to the at least one barrier layer, wherein the at least one barrier layer individually has thickness in the range of 1 &#x3bc;m-25 &#x3bc;m. It also discloses a process of preparing the multilayer barrier film. Additionally, a laminate comprising the multilayer barrier film of the present disclosure and a process of preparing the laminate is discussed. Furthermore, an article comprising the multilayer barrier film or the laminate of the present disclosure is also disclosed.
