A vertical takeoff/landing capable, multi-engine aircraft with an airfoil without elevator or rudder surfaces is provided. Strut apertures accommodate vertical and horizontal translation of the airfoil in reference to engine supporting struts which are disposed through the apertures, opposite ends of the struts extending to opposite sides of the airfoil, wherein the struts are adjustably attached to the airfoil. A first and second plurality of engines are attached to ends of the struts, an attachment position of the plurality of engines to the struts is horizontally adjustable. A computerized engine controller, controls thrusts of the engines, to enable the aircraft to vertically lift off/land and re-orient itself to horizontally fly, and perform thrust-initiated elevator and rudder emulating flight. An external payload-to-delivery mating mechanism is attached to the bottom of the payload, which mates to a pole leading to the payload receptacle. Transceivers facilitate precise transfer of the payload.

A tool or wrench holder and organizer has a unitary segmented mandrel which is engageable by open ends of wrenches to guide the wrenches to a location adjacent to the respective divided storage space which holds the wrenches in place. A holder for closed end tools provides gauging slots adjacent to divided storage for sizing tools to determine the correct storage spaces.

The clip comprises a plastic material impregnated with an aroma-creating material which is continuously released from the plastic material into the air for a period of weeks when mounted on the visor. The plastic material of the visor itself can be used to provide the clip action.

A generally rectangular still camera housing is provided with a pair of arcuate recesses in the front surface configured to accept the user's fingers in a variety of confortable gripping positions. The recess walls are configured to acceptingly guide the user's fingers so as not to accidentally obstruct the objective lens and/or camera flash unit.

A flashlight that is convertible between a hand-held form and a body-mountable form is disclosed. The flashlight includes a head assembly, which houses the light bulb and the switching mechanism, and a body assembly which houses the power cells. The body assembly includes a pair of articulated arms which are hinged to the head assembly for forming a handle in the hand-held form or a yoke in the body-mountable form. An integral switching and focusing mechanism is provided in the head assembly. Axial displacement of the mechanism switches the flashlight on or off, whereas rotation of the mechanism moves a parabolic reflector relative to the light bulb so as to vary the focus of the light. The head assembly includes a lamp housing which is tiltable for directing the light beam. An electric circuit is provided to permit recharging of the flashlight power cells.

There is disclosed a food handling device especially adapted for handling sliced food products, such as pizza pies or the like, which consists of a base support means forming a food support surface, food gripping means positioned above and substantially parallel to the base support means, and flexible means interconnecting the food gripping means with the base support means. The flexible means is formed of a relatively resilient material in order to permit the food gripping means to be reciprocable toward the base support means. In the preferred embodiment, the base support means, food gripping means and flexible means are integrally formed thereby to provide a food handling device which is unitary in construction. An alternative embodiment further includes a food support member which is slidably engageable with a pair of rail means provided on the lower surface of the base support means which is slidably adapted to alternately expand and decrease the overall food support surface of the food support base in relation to the size of the food product slice supported thereon.
