A swashplate-type pivot bearing, or an axial piston machine that has the swashplate-type pivot bearing, which ensure reliable operation. The swashplate-type pivot bearing for a hydraulic axial piston machine has a housing section, a swashplate section and a multiplicity of rolling bodies. The swashplate section is pivotably mounted in the housing section by the rolling bodies and the rolling bodies are arranged in a full-roller configuration and/or without a cage in at least one rolling body row. The swashplate-type pivot bearing also has at least one follow-up device for follow-up adjustment and/or synchronization of the rolling bodies, which is arranged and/or formed at an end of the rolling body row. The follow-up device is controlled by a slotted guide.

Swashplate-type pivot bearing and axial piston machine

A segment rolling bearing for an axial hydraulic pump, which can be integrated in a simple way. The segment rolling bearing has an outer raceway carrier, an inner raceway carrier, a plurality of rolling bodies, and a cage. The rolling bodies are arranged in the cage such that they roll between the outer raceway carrier and the inner raceway carrier in such a way that the outer raceway carrier can be pivoted about a common pivot axis with respect to the inner raceway carrier. The cage is connected to the inner and/or to the outer raceway carrier directly and captively in at least one connecting region, at least in the radial direction with respect to the common pivot axis.

Segment rolling bearing, and axial hydraulic pump having the segment rolling bearing

A pivot bearing having a first bearing surface of hollow cylindrical design, at least in sections. Guided in the first bearing surface is a second bearing surface of hollow cylindrical design, at least in sections. Rolling bodies are arranged between the bearing surfaces. The pivot bearing also has a cage for guiding the rolling bodies, and a slide block to prevent the cage from slipping. A first grove is formed in the first bearing surface and a second grove is formed in the second bearing surface. The groves are inclined transversely with respect to the running direction of the rolling bodies. The opposite inclination of the groves has the result that, if the spacing between the bearing surfaces is neglected, the grooves intersect. The sliding block is guided between the grooves. The cage has a recess that holds the sliding block permitting cage control.

Pivot bearing

A swash plate pivot bearing is provided having roller bearing segments () arranged between a hollow cylindrical bearing surface () for a swash plate () in a housing () and a cylindrical bearing surface () on the swash plate (), held in curved cages () whereby elements are provided for controlling the cages which prevent the cage () accommodating the roller body () from slipping out from the optimum position thereof in the pivot bearing. The cage control elements are integrated into the roller bearing segments () so that at least one roller body () of cylindrical form has a positive engagement with the hollow cylindrical bearing surface () and the cylindrical bearing surface (). It is thus possible to prevent the escape of roller bearing segments () from the bearing gap () due to the effects of vibration.
