A method for producing a light emitting diode arrangement. A plurality of LED modules are provided, which in each case comprise at least one radiation emitting semiconductor component on a carrier body. At least one separately fabricated connection carrier is provided. The LED modules are arranged in such a way that they are adjacent to one another in pairs. A mechanically stable and electrically conductive connection between the carrier bodies of two LED modules is produced by means of the connection carrier. Furthermore, a light emitting diode arrangement is disclosed.

Light emitting diode system, method for producing such a system, and backlighting device

An illumination device comprising a connection carrier (), at least one light-emitting diode (), an electrically insulating layer () and a fixing device () is specified. The connection carrier () has a first main area () and a second main area () remote from the first main area. The light-emitting diode () is fixed on the first main area () of the connection carrier (). The electrically insulating layer () is fitted to the second main area () of the connection carrier () and projects laterally beyond the second main area () of the connection carrier (). The fixing device () is suitable for fixing the illumination device to a mounting area () of a carrier (), wherein the electrically insulating layer () is arranged between the second main area () of the connection carrier () and the mounting area () of the carrier (). Furthermore, the fixing device () presses the connection carrier () against the mounting area (). The pressure exerted in this way is used to effect a fixing of the insulating layer () between the second main area () of the connection carrier () and the mounting area (). The fixing device () is connected to an optical element (), which optically influences the light generated by the light-emitting diode () during operation.

Illuminating device

An electronic device having an electrical circuit carrier and a body is specified, in which at least one riveted connection is formed between the electrical circuit carrier and the body. In the case of such a device, the electrical circuit carrier can be mechanically incorporated in a stable manner and with little technical complexity. An electrical circuit carrier having at least one rivet is also specified.

A passive radiation optical system includes a one-piece module having a plurality of individual optical components wherein the one-piece module is radiation-permeable or reflective. The optical components are connected to one another via predetermined breaking points for forming a radiation optical system module. In addition, the one-piece module can be separated to form optical components that include one or more individual optical components. The one-piece module is particularly for use with light emitting diodes. The passive radiation optical system module is suitable for mass production, and because of its modular principle, it enables flexible adaptation to the shape and size of the desired lighting device, such as lighted advertising or safety lighting.
