In a hydraulic unit, which is for a hydraulic brake system, that has a hydraulic block and at least one valve device, the valve device includes a hydraulic cartridge with a valve seat and with a movable closing body for blocking and opening the valve seat, and a magnet assembly with a magnet coil for generating a magnetic force for moving the closing body. The magnet assembly is integrated into the hydraulic block, and the valve device has a permanent magnet in order to assist the movement of the closing body by means of magnetic force.

A solenoid valve includes a magnet assembly, a valve cartridge having a pole core, a valve sleeve connected to the pole core, an armature, and a valve body. The armature is guided in an axially movable manner within the valve sleeve and is coupled to a closing element. The magnet assembly generates a magnetic field via energizing a coil winding. The magnetic field moves the armature counter to a force of a spring. The valve body is positioned within the valve sleeve. A valve seat of the valve body forms a main valve with the closing element that sets a fluid flow between at least one first fluid opening and at least one second fluid opening. A positive connection between the valve sleeve and the valve body is formed to prevent movement of the valve body introduced into the valve sleeve counter to a direction of introduction.

A solenoid valve includes a magnet assembly, a valve cartridge having a pole core, a valve sleeve connected to the pole core, an armature, a valve body, and at least one spring tongue. The armature is guided in an axially movable manner within the valve sleeve and is coupled to a closing element. The magnet assembly generates a magnetic field via energization of a coil winding. The magnetic field is configured to move the armature counter to a force of a restoring spring. The valve body is positioned within the valve sleeve. A main valve seat of the valve body forms a main valve with the closing element that sets a fluid flow between at least one first fluid opening and at least one second fluid opening. The spring tongue is arranged on the valve sleeve and forms a positively locking connection between the valve sleeve and the valve body.

The disclosure relates to an internal gear pump as a hydraulic pump for a slip-controlled vehicle brake system. The disclosure proposes to configure the internal gear pump as a preassembled module with a cartridge as housing, which can be pressed into a receptacle of a hydraulic block of the vehicle brake system. The cartridge has two steps which are parallel to one another for attaching a press-in ram and for orienting the cartridge in an angularly correct manner by means of the press-in ram, and a sealing surface, with which the cartridge bears in a sealed manner in the receptacle of the hydraulic block when the cartridge is pressed into the receptacle.

An internal gear pump, in particular a hydraulic pump for a slip-controlled vehicle braking system, is configured to be pre-assembled. The internal gear pump includes a cartridge configured as a casing, which is configured to be inserted in a receptacle in a hydraulic block of a vehicle braking system.

The invention relates to a valve cartridge for a solenoid valve, having a capsule, a magnetic armature that is movably guided within the capsule, a valve insert that is inserted into the capsule at a first end, and a valve body, which is pressed into a second end of the valve insert and has a main valve seat. The magnetic armature, moved by a generated magnetic force, moves a tappet guided within the valve insert. The tappet has a closing element with a sealing element which plunges into the main valve seat of the valve body in a sealing manner for carrying out a sealing function, and an associated solenoid valve. According to the invention the valve insert is configured as a one-part slotted bushing, and the valve body is configured as a bonnet-shaped bushing. The valve body configured as a bushing is pressed into a second end of the valve insert configured as a slotted bushing such that the main valve seat is disposed within the valve insert.

The invention relates to a solenoid valve, in particular for a brake system of a motor vehicle, having an axially displaceably supported armature, on one end of which a valve sealing body is disposed and with the other end of which a pole core is associated, and having a compression spring acting in prestressed fashion between the pole core and the armature. It is provided that the compression spring is held in prestressed fashion in an axial passage of the armature, between a bolt, having the valve sealing body and held in a selectable position in the axial passage in force- and/or form-locking fashion, and a thrust piece, disposed such that it can be pushed out of the axial passage up to a stop and subjects the pole core to the prestressing force. The invention relates to a magnet valve, having a valve insert and a tappet guided movably in the valve insert via a tappet guide, which tappet is braced on a valve body via a restoring spring resting a contact face of the tappet, and the restoring spring is guided radially from inside on one end by a spring guide of the tappet, the spring guide adjoining the contact face. According to the invention, centering means are present, which are disposed on the tappet in such a way that the restoring spring is centered and radially guided from inside over a substantial portion of its length.

Magnet valve

A hydraulic part of a magnet valve is received in a bore of a valve block. The hydraulic part is secured to the valve block with a calked heel of a securing bush that is slipped onto a guide sleeve of the hydraulic part. The securing bush rests on an annular shoulder of the guide sleeve and engages a jacket wall of the guide sleeve with a press fit, and one edge of the securing bush is adapted to a rounded-out throat between the jacket wall and an end wall of the annular shoulder by means of plastic deformation. A valve sleeve engages a portion of the bore of the valve block with a press fit. The calked heel, the plastically deformed edge of the securing bush, and the press fit of the valve bush seals that seal off against fluid are achieved without using additional rubber-elastic sealing means.

Magnet valve, in particular for a traction-controlled hydraulic vehicle brake system

The headlight for a motor vehicle has with an electromotive adjusting device (5) for adjusting a reflector (2). The adjusting device (5) include an electric motor (7) and a step-down gear unit which are accommodated in a housing part (12) which is arranged within the headlight housing (1). The step-down gear unit includes a small worm gear (8) and a large toothed wheel (9) with radial teeth. A rotational movement of the toothed wheel (9) is transformed via a thread between the toothed wheel (9) and the housing part (12) into a movement of the toothed wheel (9) along an axis (6) determining the adjusting direction. The toothed wheel (9) is connected with the reflector (2) a ball-ended spindle which is held pivotally with one spherical end in a spindle receptacle attached to the toothed wheel so that, when the toothed wheel moves along the axis, the spindle moves to adjust the reflector. A deflecting gear unit with an adjusting part extending outside the headlight housing can be provided, which is coupled to the spindle so that the reflector can also be adjusted manually with the adjusting part.
