The invention relates to a jaw grip mount equipped with theft protection for smartphones or tablets comprising: a body which forms a support surface for the smartphone or tablet; two jaws designed to grip the smartphone or tablet at two opposite edge regions and to receive the edge region in an interlocking manner, at least one jaw movable between an open position and a variable locking position and can be locked in the locking position; and a release button for unlocking the lock on the moving jaw in the closed position thereof. The invention further provides at least one actuating mechanism which can be moved between a plurality of defined and marked positions and which includes a key element which can interact only in a specific position with a complementary key element of the release button so that it is only possible to actuate the release button in this position.

A ventilation-mounted holder for attachment on a ventilation lamella assembly in vehicles for mounting electronic devices or other articles includes a carrier body onto which a holding bracket for engagement over a ventilation lamella is arranged on the backside, and a holding device for a smartphone or a tablet is arranged on the front side. The carrier body is configured as an elongated carrier arm. The holding bracket and at least one further holding bracket are each arranged rotatably and spaced apart from one another on an end region of the carrier arm, and the holding device is arranged on the opposite end region of the carrier arm.

A holding device for smartphones or similar devices is adjustable between a flat collapsed resting position and an extended operating position and comprises a device-side end part connected or connectable to the device, and an outer end part. A resilient construction element connects both end parts and holds the outer end part spaced apart from the device-side end part in the operating position. In the resting position, the resilient construction element is flat compressed and the outer end part is lockable on the device-side end part. The outer end part is configured as a gripping piece. The resilient construction element can be configured as a helically coiled compression spring or tension spring or as a body of resilient foam or as a mechanical variable length element.
