A connection socket for fluid-conducting line systems, and including a fluid channel extending along a fluid channel axis. The fluid channel may be connected to guide channels on at least a first and second connection ends of the connection socket. A measurement section is located between the first and second connection ends and a sensor system is provided therein to measure the pressure of a medium flowing within the fluid channel. The sensor system includes a connection interface for connecting to a control unit and measuring pressure in the fluid channel. For pressure measurement, at least two strain measurement sensors are arranged around the fluid channel axis on an outer wall of the measurement section. A control unit may be connected to the sensor system for measuring the pressure of a fluid in the connection socket.

Connecting piece for fluid-conducting line systems

A shaping tool for connecting to a shaping device for deforming a portion of a workpiece. The shaping tool includes a clamping device having multiple clamping segments and a compressing head having a depression on one end for forming a portion of the workpiece. The compression head and the clamping device being integrally connected to each other, circumferentially, as a wholly exchangeable single tool unit and being axially movable relative to each other. The compression head additionally, on an opposing side from the depression, an attachment feature for connecting the single tool unit to a shaping piston of a shaping device.

Shaping tool for a workpiece, and device for deforming a workpiece using such a tool

A pipe coupling for connecting a pipe and including a pipe, a pipe union, and a clamping element. The pipe exhibits at least one connecting section and a terminal abutting face. The connecting section is formed in an end region of the pipe, wherein the connecting section exhibits at least one sealing surface inclined relative to a longitudinal axis of the pipe. The pipe union including a receiving section for insertion of at least a part of the connecting section, wherein a sealing connection between the pipe and the pipe union is created, in that the connecting section is clamped between the pipe union and the clamping element. The abutting face has a sealing protrusion and the sealing protrusion is formed as a prominence in the abutting face. Furthermore, a pipe, a swaging tool and a process are also provided.

Pipe coupling

A pipe connection for connecting metal thin-walled pipeline. The pipeline has a shaped connecting segment that increases from the end of the connecting segment in the form of a frustum forming a circumferential sealing surface and a shoulder defining a stop surface adjacent to the sealing surface. The pipe connection also includes a connection stub having a connection thread and a connection bore, which decreases in size and defines a circumferential connection surface for contacting the sealing surface. A union threaded part includes a clamping thread and a passage opening, which has, on the inner circumference, a circumferential clamping surface for contacting the stop surface. The cone angle of the connecting segment in the region of the sealing surface and the cone angle of the connection bore in the region of the connection surface are in the range of about 38&#xb0; to 50&#xb0;.

Pipe connection

A shaping tool for shaping a portion of a workpiece. The shaping tool includes a clamping assembly with a clamping device having multiple clamping segments and a compressing head having a depression on one end for forming a portion of the workpiece. The compression head including an attachment feature on the opposing side for connecting to a shaping piston of a shaping assembly. The compression head and the clamping device being structurally connected in a circumferential manner as a single tool unit and are arranged on a common longitudinal axis together with the shaping assembly, which is actuated by fluid pressure and together with the clamping assembly.

A screwed pipe connection for connecting a pipeline including a connection end having a formed wall region. The screwed pipe connection includes a connection part and a union joint part. Proceeding from the end face of the connection end of the pipeline, an outside cross-section of the pipeline increases and is larger than the nominal outside cross-section, then decreases again. Proceeding from the end face, a clear inside cross-section of the connection end is larger than the nominal inside cross-section and decreases to the nominal inside cross-section. The wall thickness on the end face is smaller than the nominal wall thickness, and wherein an inner material difference, resulting from the deviation of the inside cross-section from the nominal inside cross-section, and an outer material difference, resulting from the deviation of the outside cross-section from the nominal outside cross-section, deviate from one another by a maximum of 30 percent.

Screwed pipe joint and method for the production thereof

The invention provides for a metallic cutting ring for a screw connection for sealingly connecting a tube to an attachment part, which metallic cutting ring has a tube abutment section and a cutting section which adjoins the tube abutment section in the axial direction. The cutting section having a stop which points radially outward from the outer periphery of the cutting ring and has a stop face, which runs transversely with respect to the cutting ring longitudinal axil, for the attachment part. The stop for the attachment part has an annular peripheral stop edge which projects beyond the stop face.
