A hydraulic aggregate, particularly for supplying conveyor and lifting devices with pressurized fluid, has a tank () on the end side relative to a main axis of the device and functional components mounted on it. The functional components are a hydraulic pump () and a coupling body () having a valve device and a line arrangement for drawing in and returning hydraulic fluid to and from the tank (). Configured as a reversing aggregate, the inlet end () of the suction line () of the line arrangement is disposed at a location within the tank () where the bottom of the fluid present in the tank () is located when the aggregate is operated with the main axis vertical and when the aggregate is operated with the main axis tilted relative to the vertical, preferably perpendicular to the vertical.

Hydraulic aggregate

A device for pumping fluid has a hydraulic pump ( ) and a drive ( ). The hydraulic pump ( ) is produced as an independent component with different types of drive devices ( ) as additional components that can be coupled in the form of a modular system, and is configured as a coupling piece ( ) for this purpose. Hydraulic tanks ( ) having different volumes represent a third, different type of component. Each hydraulic tank ( ) can be connected on one side to the coupling piece ( ). The corresponding drive device ( ) can be connected on the opposite or same side of the coupling piece ( ). The coupling piece ( ) is built as a single component and embodied in the form of a base plate. The hydraulic pump ( ) is an external gear pump ( ), whose toothed wheels ( ) are received or integrated into the base plate. A compact, modularly constructed building block system is achieved which is functionally reliable and easy to maintain.
