The systems may obtain a first image and a second image associated with a same object; determine a plurality of first blocks of the first image and a plurality of second blocks of the second image, the plurality of second blocks and the plurality of first blocks being in one-to-one correspondence; determine a plurality of first characteristic values based on the plurality of first blocks and the plurality of second blocks; and/or generate a first target map associated with the first image and the second image based on the plurality of first characteristic values.

Image processing systems and methods for mapping errors or artifacts

Disclosed are a super-resolution microscopic imaging method and apparatus, a computer device, and a storage medium. The method includes the following steps: collecting a fluorescent signal sequence of a set of samples to be observed; determining the number of iterations of deconvolution; performing an iteration of pre-deconvolution on each frame of an initial image in the fluorescent signal sequence before outputting when the iteration reaches half of the number of iterations; performing two reconstructions on the output image; and performing a second iteration of deconvolution on the image after the two reconstructions before outputting when the iteration reaches the number of iterations or half of the number of iterations. The present disclosure, with advantages of non-parameterization, high throughput, and high resolution, can overcome the shortcomings and deficiencies of the prior art, and can be widely coupled to various imaging modalities, such as acoustic microscopy, that is, photoacoustic and ultrasound microscopic imaging technology.

Super-resolution microscopic imaging method and apparatus, computer device, and storage medium

Systems and methods for image processing are provided in the present disclosure. The systems may generate a preliminary image by filtering image data generated by an image acquisition device. The system may generate an intermediate image by performing, based on a first objective function, a first iterative operation on the preliminary image. The first objective function may include a first term associated with a first difference between the intermediate image and the preliminary image, a second term associated with continuity of the intermediate image and a third term associated with sparsity of the intermediate image. The systems may also generate a target image by performing, based on a second objective function, a second iterative operation on the intermediate image. The second objective function may be associated with a system matrix of the image acquisition device and a second difference between the intermediate image and the target image.

Systems and methods for image processing

The present disclosure provides a method for distributing gas for oxy-fuel combustion on a circulating fluidized bed. In the method, the gas is provided by three stages into a furnace of the circulating fluidized bed. The method includes: blowing in a first-stage gas containing oxygen and recycled flue gas from the bottom of the furnace; blowing in a second-stage gas containing recycled flue gas from a transition zone between a dense-phase zone and a dilute-phase zone of the furnace; and blowing in a third-stage gas containing oxygen from a side wall of the furnace.
