The present application disclosed a method for manufacturing a drive circuit, a drive circuit and a photomask, the method covers a photomask on the photoresist layer and performing exposing; the photomask includes pixel control circuit patterns, and the pixel control circuit patterns are provided with a plurality of interruptions, and a length of the interruption between two adjacent pixel control circuit patterns is a preset distance, to release static electricity generated in the pixel control circuit pattern during exposing; the electrostatic charges on the pixel control circuit patterns can be effectively derived, and the accumulation of electrostatic charges on the pixel control circuit patterns can be avoided, and the probability of electrostatic discharge can be reduced, thereby reducing the risk of damaging to the components used for exposing, and can ensure the integrity of the formed pixel control circuit, so that the drive circuit can operate normally.

A color filter substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display panel are disclosed. The color filter substrate includes a substrate, a black matrix layer, a first filler, and a positioning mark. The present application provides a gate drive circuit, a drive device and a display device. The gate drive circuit includes m switch groups, n first shift registers and m second shift registers. Each switch group includes n first switch units. The n first shift registers cyclically output a first row-scan signal, while each second shift register controls the n first switch units connected to each first controlled node corresponding to the second shift register to be turned on, so that the first row-scan signal is fed back to each gate-line in turn, to realize a line-by-line scan driver. The gate drive circuit only needs n+m shift registers to complete the gate drive, compared with the existing gate drive circuit requiring n×m shift registers, the number of shift registers is reduced, the cost is reduced and the manufacturing process is simplified.

The second substrate extends beyond the first substrate from a side of the second substrate to form an extension portion. A display panel and a display device are disclosed. The display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate and a spacer. The first substrate and the second substrate are aligned and bonded together. The spacer is arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate. The second substrate includes multiple pixel regions arranged in an array and a shielding region located between adjacent pixel regions. One end of the spacer is fixed to the first substrate, and the other end abuts on the respective shielding region. The second substrate further includes an anti-skid structure arranged in the shielding region and disposed between the respective adjacent pixel regions. Both ends of the anti-skid structure extend along the shielding region to form a guide member.

A gate-on-array (GOA) drive circuit. The GOA drive circuit includes multi-stage cascaded GOA circuits, and each stage of the GOA circuits includes a GOA circuit unit and a signal split circuit that are connected to each other. The signal split circuit is in connection with two adjacent scanning lines. The GOA circuit unit operates in the same mode as the existing GOA circuit unit. The output line scan signal serves as the input signal of the GOA circuit unit at the post-stage as well as the reset signal of the GOA circuit unit at the fore-stage. Moreover, the signal split circuit splits the line scan signal of the current stage into the first sub-line scan signal and the second sub-line scan signal and output the same, thereby realizing the scanning and driving of the two rows of pixel units.
