A temperature regulating valve and a thermal management system provided with the temperature regulating valve are provided. The temperature regulating valve includes a filling state and a first working state, and a thermodynamic element is impelled to not abut against a first valve seat by means of providing a hot melt in an end cover of the temperature regulating valve. When a first valve port is in an open state, at said time the temperature regulating valve is installed in the thermal management system, and since the first valve port is in the open state, lubricating oil may then flow into a heat exchange device by means of a first interface channel, the first valve port, and a second interface channel during a process of filling the lubricating oil.

The heat exchange assembly includes a heat exchange core body, the valve assembly, an adapter, and a mounting plate fixed to the heat exchange core body. The valve assembly is disposed at a second channel of the heat exchange core body or partially located at the second channel. The valve assembly is provided with a first valve port and a first notch. The heat exchange core body includes a through channel that is in communication with a fourth port.

Valve assembly, heat exchange assembly, and oil temperature regulation system for gearbox

A heat exchanger including a temperature control assembly and a heat exchange assembly is disclosed. A heat exchange channel is formed within the heat exchange assembly. A branch channel arranged in parallel with the heat exchange channel is provided within the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger has a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet. The temperature control assembly includes a valve body. A valve cavity in communication with the liquid inlet is provided in the valve body. A gap and a second valve port are provided at a peripheral wall of the valve body. An annular protrusion is provided on an inner wall of the valve cavity. The valve body is provided with a valve core and a drive component therein.

Heat exchanger with internal thermal valve

A thermostatic valve includes a valve body formed by die casting. The valve body includes: a valve main body forming a valve cavity; a plurality of connection tube portions; and installation base portions adjacent to the connection tube portions. Each of the connection tube portions includes a straight tube section connected to the valve main body. A reinforcement member is provided between the straight tube section of the connection tube portion and the installation base portion adjacent to the connection tube portion. The valve body is formed by die casting, and respective parts of the valve body can be processed according to actual size requirements with no redundant material, thereby realizing a light weight of the thermostatic valve. Providing the reinforcement member satisfies a strength requirement when using die casting.

Thermostatic valve

A thermostatic valve includes: a valve body in which a chamber is provided, an end cap assembly, a thermal actuator and a first spring mounted in the chamber. The valve body is provided with at least three ports in communication with outside; the thermal actuator includes a valve rod and a body portion, the chamber includes a first chamber and a second chamber; one end of the thermal actuator abuts against or indirectly abuts against or supports an end of the first spring close to the thermal actuator, and another end is limited to the end cap assembly; and the thermostatic valve is further provided with a guide portion in the chamber, the thermal actuator includes a guide fitting portion fitting with the guide portion, and the guide portion is slidably fitted with the guide fitting portion. The thermal actuator of the thermostatic valve is not shaken heavily.

A heat exchange device includes a heat exchanger body and a thermostatic assembly; the heat exchanger body includes a first passage, one end of the first passage is in communication with the fluid inlet of the heat exchanger body, at least part of the thermostatic assembly is arranged in the first passage, the thermostatic assembly comprises a valve body provided with a valve chamber, the valve body is provided with an inlet, a first outlet, and a second outlet which are all in communication with the valve chamber; a return spring, a shape memory alloy spring, and a valve sleeve are provided in the valve chamber, the valve sleeve is slidable back and forth in an axial direction, the shape memory alloy spring is made of a memory alloy material, and the return spring and the shape memory alloy spring are respectively located on two sides of the valve sleeve.

Provided is a thermostatic valve including a first valve body, a second valve body, a third valve body, a first thermal actuator, a second thermal actuator, a valve core, a first valve port, a second valve port and a third valve port. The first valve body includes a second cavity and a third cavity. The second thermal actuator is sealedly fixed in the first valve body to isolate the second cavity from the third cavity. At least a part of the valve core is located in the second cavity. The valve core is connected to, or is integrated with, or abuts against a second valve stem of the second thermal actuator. The second thermal actuator is configured to act in response to a change in temperature of a fluid in the third cavity. The valve core is configured to open the second valve port or the third valve port in response to an action of the second valve stem.

Temperature thermostatic valve

A system for adjusting transmission oil temperature and a heat exchange assembly are provided. The heat exchange assembly includes a heat exchange core, a valve assembly, an adapter base, and a mounting plate fixed with the heat exchange core. The valve assembly is arranged in or partially located in a second passage of the heat exchange core. The valve assembly has a first valve port and a first notch. The heat exchange core further includes a through passage in communication with a fourth port. When a first valve port is opened, a third port is in communication with the fourth port through a first passage, the second passage, the first notch and the first valve port in turn. When the first valve port is closed, the third port is in communication with a fifth port through the first passage, the second passage and the first notch in turn.

System for adjusting temperature of transmission oil, heat exchange assembly and valve assembly

A thermostatic valve, including: a pressure relief ring capable of moving up and down and disposed in a valve body cavity. In normal conditions, the pressure relief ring is abutted against the outer edge of a first valve seat via a spring. An internal channel capable of being opened or closed via up and down movement of the pressure relief ring is further provided in the valve body cavity; when the pressure of a fluid in the thermostatic valve is excessive, the fluid can drive the pressure relief ring to compress the spring, such that the internal channel is in communication with a third interface to realize simultaneous communication with a first flow channel and a third flow channel.

A thermostatic valve includes a valve body with a cavity provided therein, an end cover assembly, and a thermal actuator and at least one spring that are mounted in the cavity. The valve body is provided with at least three ports including a first port, a second port and a third port. The thermal actuator includes a valve rod and a main body. The spring includes a first spring. The cavity includes a first cavity and a second cavity, and the second cavity is away from the end cover assembly. The first port is in communication with the first cavity, and the third port is in communication with the second cavity. The first spring is partially or completely located in the second cavity. The thermostatic valve further includes a guide fitting part. The thermostatic valve has a simple structure, and the operation thereof is more stable and reliable.

A thermostatic valve includes a valve body, first and second elastic members, a valve seat assembly, a valve core, and a thermal actuator. The thermostatic valve includes six ports, four valve port portions each having a valve port, and a first cavity and a second cavity which are isolated from each other. One of the third port, the fourth port and the sixth port is in communication with the second cavity, and the other two of the third port, the fourth port and the sixth port are configured to be in communication with the second cavity through valve ports; and one of the first port, the second port and the fifth port is in communication with the first cavity, and the other two of the first port, the second port and the fifth port are configured to be in communication with the first cavity through valve ports.

A thermostatic valve, including: a valve body having a cavity provided therein; an end cover, a thermal actuator and a first spring which are provided in the cavity. The end cover is provided with a first valve seat; the first valve seat is provided with a first valve port; the first valve port is provided opposed to a second port, and the first valve seat encloses an inner end opening of the second port; an outer wall of the first valve seat enclosing the inner end opening of the second port is in clearance fitting with an inner wall of the cavity; an outer wall at an end of the body of the thermal actuator which is near the end cover is in slide fitting with an inner wall of the valve seat; the thermostatic valve opens and closes the first valve port by means of the body of the thermal actuator.

A heat exchange device includes a heat exchanger, a mounting plate, and a connecting block. The heat exchanger includes several first plates, several second plates, and an end plate and a bottom plate located at two sides of the heat exchanger. Each of the first plates and an adjacent second plate form a first flow passage and a second flow passage, the mounting plate and the end plate are fixedly mounted, and the connecting block is fixedly mounted to the bottom plate. A passage running through the heat exchanger and not in communication with the first flow passage and the second flow passage is formed in the heat exchanger, the passage has one end in communication with a communicating hole of the mounting plate, and another end in communication with a connecting channel of the connecting block.
