A connection terminal and a connector are disclosed. The connection terminal has a terminal body, at least part of which is installed in a housing of a connector; and a first connection part arranged at one end of the terminal body and extending outside the housing to electrically connect with a bus bar. The first connection part has a plurality of side surfaces, and any one of the adjacent two side surfaces is selectively formed to match and connect with a surface of a connection end of the bus bar. In the present invention, the installation orientation of the connector can be any one of four or more different directions, which expands the application range of the connector.

Connection terminal and connector

A connector and a connector assembly are disclosed. The connector has a housing adapted to be inserted into a mating housing of a mating connector; an elastic latch provided on an outer wall of the housing and having a locking part for locking the mating housing and an unlocking part for unlocking the locking part; and a connection position safety mounted on the outer wall of the housing and adapted to be moved between a safety position to prevent the elastic latch from being unlocked and a pre locking position to allow the elastic latch to be unlocked. When the locking part is locked to the mating housing and the connection position safety is in the pre locking position, the unlocking part is hidden inside the connection position safety, so that human finger cannot contact the unlocking part. Therefore, the present invention can effectively prevent the elastic latch from being accidentally unlocked and improve the use safety of the connector.

Connector and connector assembly

The present invention discloses a connector and a connector assembly. The connector has an outer housing and an inner housing detachably mounted in the outer housing for holding a terminal in the outer housing. The connector is adapted to be mounted on corresponding electrical equipment and mate with a corresponding mating connector. A first mating feature adapted to mate with the corresponding electrical equipment and a second mating feature adapted to mate with the corresponding mating connector are formed on the inner housing. In the present invention, when it is necessary to change the identification feature on the connector, only the inner housing or a part of the inner housing of the connector needs to be replaced without replacing the whole outer housing. Therefore, the cost is low and the use is very convenient.

The present invention discloses a connector and a connector assembly. The connector assembly has a first connector having a first housing and a second connector adapted to mate with the first connector and comprising a second housing. The first housing is adapted to be partially inserted into the second housing along an axial direction of the second housing, and an elastic latch for locking the second housing is formed on the first housing; a latch safety is installed on the second housing and movable along a circumferential direction of the second housing between a safety position to prevent the elastic latch from being unlocked and a pre-locking position to allow the elastic latch to be unlocked, a pushing part is formed on the first housing and adapted to push the latch safety to the pre-locking position at which the first housing is allowed to be inserted into the second housing. Therefore, in the present invention, before mating the first connector and the second connector, the operator does not need to check whether the latch safety has been reset to the pre-locking position. Thus, the mating operation of the first and second connectors is very simple and safe.

The present invention discloses a connector and a connector assembly. The connector has a housing and a terminal position holder detachably mounted on an end of the housing. A mating feature adapted to mate with a corresponding mating connector is formed on the terminal position holder, so that the connector is adapted to mate with the corresponding mating connector. In the present invention, when it is necessary to change the identification feature on the connector, only the terminal position holder needs to be replaced without replacing the whole housing. Therefore, the cost is low and the use is very convenient.

The present invention discloses a connector and a connector assembly. The connector has a housing and a latch safety. The latch safety is slidably mounted on the housing and adapted to move between a safety position to prevent the mating connector from being unlocked and a pre-locking position to allow the mating connector to be unlocked. A guide slot is formed on an outer wall of the connector and surrounded by a first end wall and a second end wall spaced from each other in a circumferential direction of the housing and two side walls spaced from each other in an axial direction of the housing. The latch safety has a sliding plate slidably installed in the guide slot, and the sliding plate has a first end and a second end spaced from each other in the circumferential direction and a front and rear sides spaced from each other in the axial direction. When the latch safety is moved to the safety position along the guide slot, the end face of the first end of the sliding plate abuts against the first end wall of the guide slot, so that a human finger cannot contact the end face of the first end of the sliding plate. Therefore, the risk of accidental reset of the latch safety due to misoperation can be avoided, and the use safety is improved.

The application discloses a terminal retainer and a mating terminal retainer. The terminal retainer has a plate body and a terminal isolation plate, wherein the plate body is provided with a plurality of first through-holes and/or a plurality of second through-holes; the terminal isolation plate has one end thereof disposed on the plate body and extends to a selected height from the plate body. The terminal retainer provided by the application can help a connection terminal to be stable and firm. During plugging in, the terminal retainer can prevent the connection terminal from being bent or broken under stress thereby to be safe and convenient for use. The terminal retainer is provided with a bushing, so that the connection terminals can be isolated from each other to avoid mutual interference.

The application relates to a connector housing, a connector housing assembly and a connector assembly. The connector housing has a housing body and a shroud. The housing body encloses an accommodating cavity. The shroud is disposed around and connected to the housing body. A gap is formed between the shroud and the housing body to form a slot. The connector housing is further provided with one of a lug or a sliding groove. The lug or the sliding groove is positioned in the slot. According to the connector housing assembly and the connector assembly in the application, the lugs are matched with the sliding grooves to guide the first connector housing and the second connector housing during plug-in connection, so as to avoid failure of installation in place due to relative deflection of them.

The application discloses a connector and a connector assembly. The connector has a housing and a terminal retaining portion. The housing is provided with a cavity; the terminal retaining portion is disposed in the cavity and configured for fixing connection terminals; the terminal retaining portion is provided with a plurality of first mounting holes configured for accommodating first connection terminals and a plurality of second mounting holes configured for accommodating second connection terminals; the first mounting hole has a cross sectional size larger than that of the second mounting hole; the plurality of first mounting holes are disposed around all of the second mounting holes. Compared with prior art, in the connector assembly provided by the application, first through-holes are arranged around second through-holes, so that the connection terminals having larger sizes for larger current therethrough can be disposed at the surrounding and be farther away from each other to help reduce the internal temperature rise of the connector thus to be safe and convenient for use.

The present application relates to a terminal retainer, a connector housing, connector, and connector assembly. The terminal retainer has a tubular retaining part and the tubular retaining part comprises a tube wall and a cavity enclosed by the tube wall; the tubular retaining part axially extends a specified length; the tube wall is provided with a locking mechanism and the locking mechanism comprises an initial locking mechanism and a final locking mechanism which are respectively fitted with a mating mechanism to lock the terminal retainer in an initial locking position and a final locking position, respectively; the tube wall is further provided with an abutment mechanism, and the abutment mechanism is configured to abut against a snap-fit mechanism located in the cavity when the terminal retainer is in the final locking position so that the snap-fit mechanism can be retained in a snap-fit position. The terminal retainer may be preassembled with a connector housing to avoid scattering and loss of parts and to be ready for use.

The present invention discloses a connection terminal and a connection assembly. The connection assembly has the connection terminal and a housing. The connection terminal has a body, a plug-in portion, and a wire connecting portion. The plug-in portion and the wire connecting portion are disposed at two ends of the body respectively. The body is provided with a primary locking portion, which has a connection portion, a first stopping portion, and a reinforcing portion. The connection portion is disposed on the body. The first stopping portion is disposed on the connection portion, and extends in a direction opposite to a plug-in direction. The housing body may be configured for supporting a connecting terminal under temperature measurement. The retaining portion is disposed on the housing body to be configured for supporting and retaining a heat conducting element. The heat conducting element is disposed at the retaining portion. By means of the retaining portion, the receptacle housing of the present disclosure may improve the performance in supporting and retaining the heat conducting element and thus may be ready to integrally assemble.

The present disclosure discloses an electric protective cover for a receptacle and a receptacle. The electric protective cover comprises a cover body and a mounting portion. The cover body extends along a radial direction of the receptacle and is configured for covering a circuit board. An accommodating hole enclosed by an accommodating hole wall is disposed on the cover body to accommodate a connecting terminal. The mounting portion is disposed on the cover body to be mounted onto a receptacle housing. The present disclosure discloses a receptacle housing and a receptacle. The receptacle housing comprises a housing body and a hole wall. The hole wall continuously extends from the housing body along an axial direction of the housing body. The hole wall surrounds along a circumferential direction of the housing body to form a mounting hole for accommodating a corresponding connecting terminal. The hole wall is provided with a water draining through-hole. By providing the water draining through-hole in the hole wall, the receptacle housing according to the present disclosure may drain water accumulated in the mounting hole in such a circumstance as water drops are brought therein upon plugging a mating connecting terminal, and provide water draining channels by means of such an ingenious structural design that safety performance may be enhanced.

The present disclosure discloses a sealing element, a seal assembly and a receptacle. The sealing element comprises a pair of seal sidewalls that are arranged to be spaced from each other and a connecting top wall. Each of the seal sidewalls includes a pair of seal surfaces. The pair of seal sidewalls have the seal surfaces that are oppositely arranged. The connecting top wall is disposed between the pair of seal sidewalls and connects them integrally. The pair of seal sidewalls and the connecting top wall form a retaining groove. The sealing element of the present disclosure may provide a waterproof seal for multiple parts and can be readily assembled and save costs.
