A cleaning device for cleaning a single-curved glass includes: a box body, a transmission mechanism, a cleaning mechanism and a drying mechanism. The box body includes two openings. Each of the two openings is disposed on one side of the box body. The single-curved glass enters the box body through one opening and exits the box body through the other opening. The transmission mechanism includes a first drive group and two second drive groups. The first drive group is slidably disposed on the box body. The second drive groups are disposed on two sides of the first drive group on the box body. The second drive groups are to deliver the single-curved glass in the box body. The cleaning mechanism is slidably disposed on the box body to clean the single-curved glass. The drying mechanism is slidably disposed on the box body to dry the single-curved glass.

Cleaning device

Disclosed is an external inflator, comprising a lifting pillar (). A wide fixing plate is provided on one side of the lifting pillar (), and the wide fixing plate is fixedly connected to one end of a cableveyor (); the lifting pillar () is sheathed with an upper inflating platform () and a lower inflating platform (), wherein the upper inflating platform () is above the lower inflating platform (), the upper inflating platform () is fixedly connected to the other end of the cableveyor (); and a pressing and positioning assembly () is provided between the upper inflating platform () and the lower inflating platform (); the lifting pillar () also fixes a lower supporting beam (). The device is able to reduce the waste of inert gas, provide a stable gas-filled concentration, and satisfy the production requirements of large-size hollow glass.

External inflator

The present disclosure provides an apparatus for pasting a warm edge spacer, comprising: a first and a second conveying mechanism; a rotating mechanism for driving the second conveying mechanism to rotate; a conveying tunnel set in both the first conveying mechanism and the second conveying mechanism; a pressing unit set at the front of the second conveying mechanism; a cutting unit set at the side of the pressing unit; a positioning unit set at the lower side of the pressing unit in correspondence to the exit of the warm edge spacer, and an auxiliary pressing unit set at the upper side of the pressing unit; a pasting unit set at the other side of the warm edge spacer which is opposite to glass. The apparatus for pasting a warm edge spacer can implement automatic pasting operation of warm edge spacer.
