The present disclosure relates to a method performed by a BS for facilitating IC at a UE and an associated BS. The method includes predefining one or more sets of transmission parameters, where one or more of the transmission parameters in the one or more sets are constrained to take values from respective reduced sets of values out of the values available for the respective one or more transmission parameters, each set of the one or more sets of transmission parameters being identifiable by a unique indication. The method further includes configuring a transmission of the BS, which is to interfere downlink transmissions to the UE from a serving BS of the UE, by using one of the predefined one or more sets of transmission parameters. The present disclosure discloses a method used in a UE for estimating a frequency offset between a CRS of a serving cell of the UE and a DM-RS of a data transmission to be decoded by the UE, using a set of quasi-co-located reference signals. The method comprises: comparing a number of Resource Blocks, RBs, for the data transmission to a first threshold; selecting one or more quasi-co-located reference signals from the set of quasi-co-located reference signals based on a result of the comparison; and estimating the frequency offset based on the selected one or more quasi-co-located reference signals. The present disclosure also relates to a UE for estimating a frequency offset between a CRS of a serving cell of the UE and a DM-RS of a data transmission to be decoded by the UE, using a set of quasi-co-located reference signals.

The present disclosure relates to a method used in a UE for performing a random access to a second base station and an associated UE. The UE has been in communications with a first base station. The method includes: obtaining from the first base station a subframe configuration for the UE, which indicates a first set of subframes assigned to communications between the UE and the first base station and a second set of subframes assigned to communications between the UE and the second base station; and performing the random access to the second base station based on the subframe configuration. The present disclosure also relates to a method used in a second base station for establishing a connection with a UE and an associated second base station.

The disclosure relates to a DRX method with TRM limitation. In one embodiment, the DRX method comprises steps of detecting a DRX wake sub-frame to be set for a first BS at least partially overlaps with a sub-frame allocated to a second BS, and removing a collision of the DRX wake sub-frame to the sub-frame allocated to the second BS without change to the sub-frame allocated to the second BS. There is also provided a user equipment using the DRX method. By removing the collision without change to the sub-frames allocated in accordance with TDM, the user equipment may work in the DRX mode well.

The present disclosure discloses a method of Time Division Multiplexing (TDM)-based resource partition between two radio base stations (RBSs) with which a User Equipment (UE) is to perform dual connectivity and an associated radio network node. The method comprises the step of forming at least two non-overlapping Uplink (UL) subframe sets and at least two non-overlapping Downlink (DL) subframe sets. The method further comprises the step of allocating at least one of the UL subframe sets and at least one of the DL subframe sets exclusively to each of the RBSs.

The present invention discloses a network node () for multi-user scheduling involving retransmission. The network node comprises a receiver () adapted to receive channel quality indicator (CQI) report from a user equipment (UE), an adjuster () adapted to adjust signal to interference and noise ratio (SINR) derived from the CQI report to obtain SINR for retransmission, a combiner () adapted to combine SINR for initial transmission and SINR for one or a plurality of retransmission to obtain effective SINR, and a scheduler () adapted to perform multi-user scheduling on the basis of priority metric derived from the effective SINR. The present invention improves multi-user scheduling by taking HARQ combining gain into account. Instantaneous throughput as well as priority metric can be accurately measured, because SINR from not only channel quality (e.g. CQI) but also HARQ processing gain are both included.
