A mechanical-electrical-hydraulic composite transmission device and a control method thereof are provided. The device includes an input shaft assembly, a power-split assembly, a hydraulic transmission assembly, an electrical variable transmission assembly, a mechanical transmission assembly, a power-convergence assembly, and an output shaft. Three types of transmission modes including single transmission modes, power-split composite transmission modes, and power-convergence composite transmission modes are implemented by controlling engagement and disengagement of clutches and a brake. Free switching between various transmission modes is realized, the requirements of engineering machinery for a transmission device with multiple modes in different working conditions are satisfied, the engine power utilization is improved, and the fuel economy is increased. The shift impact is effectively reduced and the speed ratio adjustment range is expanded. The hydraulic transmission enables quick startup and stable operation and implements speed variation and direction change easily and rapidly without causing impact.

Mechanical-electrical-hydraulic hybrid transmission device and control method thereof

A method and device for estimating an open circuit voltage of a battery based on a gas-liquid dynamic model, includes the following steps: deriving an undetermined equation for estimating the open circuit voltage according to a gas-liquid dynamic model; identifying the estimation equation parameters according to experimental data; designing a method for estimating the open circuit voltage according to the complete equation for estimating open circuit voltage and calculating to obtain an estimated value of the open circuit voltage. The estimation equation of open circuit voltage includes the battery temperature. The experimental data includes open circuit voltages under different currents, terminal voltages and temperatures, optimal values of undetermined parameters of the equation for estimating open circuit voltage are identified with an identification method, and the optimal values of undetermined parameters are substituted into the undetermined equation for estimating open circuit voltage in the deriving step to obtain a complete equation.

A gas-liquid dynamic model-based accurate lithium-ion battery SOC estimation method, the gas-liquid dynamic model being a cylindrical closed container, a pipe and a valve that can be opened or closed being mounted at the top of the container, a liquid having a volume of Vw being held in the cylindrical container, and the remaining volume, V, being the volume of a gas having a pressure of P. According to the accurate SOC estimation method, a model, different from conventional RC equivalent circuit model and electrochemical model, is established from the perspective of a gas-liquid coexistence system. The method comprises the following steps: setting up an ideal gas state equation, a gas continuous motion equation, a gas-liquid dissolution equilibrium equation, etc. according to a gas-liquid coexistence system model; deriving steady state and transient state recursion formula of the gas-liquid coexistence system according to the model equations; performing intermittent charging and discharging stationary test on a certain model of battery; and fitting the expression of the relation between SOC and open circuit voltage, and recognizing parameter values of the gas-liquid coexistence system model, so as to achieve online estimation of a battery SOC value. The recursion formula is simple, has self-convergence characteristics, and can accurately describe the nonlinear characteristics of the battery.

Gas-liquid dynamic model-based accurate lithium-ion battery SOC estimation method

An energy dynamic control method for the EPS with hybrid power supply and an energy dynamic control system. Control system collects real-time current of vehicle electric appliances except the steering motor and the super-capacitor and calculates target current of the steering motor according to real-time steering torque and vehicle speed, and determines state of the super-capacitor by comparing rated current of vehicle power supply and sum of the current of vehicle electric appliances and target current of the steering motor. When super-capacitor is in the charging state, charging current is dynamically regulated to make vehicle power supply work in optimal working range, and maximum charging current is limited based on SOC of the super-capacitor. When super-capacitor is in discharging state, discharging current is dynamically regulated to make vehicle power supply work in optimal working range, and maximum discharging current is limited based on SOC of super-capacitor.

A subdomain hybrid cellular automata method for solving car body thickness optimization includes an outer loop and an inner loop: the outer loop is to conduct crash finite element simulation analysis, calculate an output response, and update a cell internal energy density, and update a target mass using a penalty function method; the inner loop is mainly to adjust a cell thickness using a PID control strategy according to internal energy densities of a current cell and neighboring cells thereof, so that a current mass of the inner loop converges to the target mass; and finally the cell internal energy density distribution approaches a step target internal energy density function as much as possible. Step target internal energy density update rules are provided in the inner loop. Cell thickness update rules based on a PID control strategy are provided in the inner loop.

Subdomain hybrid cellular automata method for solving car body thickness optimization

The present invention belongs to the field of machine vision. A saliency-based method for extracting a road target from a night vision infrared image is disclosed. The method combines saliencies of the time domain and the frequency domain, global contrast and local contrast, and low level features and high level features, and energy radiation is also considered to be a saliency factor; thus, the object of processing is an infrared image and not the usual natural image. The extraction of a salient region is performed on the raw natural image on the basis of energy radiation, and the obtained extraction result if the salient region is more accurate and thorough, and the contour of a target in the salient region is clearer.

A passive skyhook and groundhook damping vibration isolation system and a method for determining parameters thereof, which utilize the anti-resonance of an 'inerter (b1, b2)-spring (k, k)-mass (m, m)' vibration state converting system to convert the resonance of the isolated mass into the resonance of the inerter, thus eliminating the resonance of the isolated mass, is provided. A damper spans and is connected in parallel to the inerter, preventing the damper from spanning and being connected in parallel to the isolated mass. The damper is not required to connect to an inertial reference frame, and the vibration of the isolated mass is suppressed.
