An enhanced email service that mitigates drawbacks of conventional email services by enabling transmission of encrypted content to a recipient regardless of the recipient having a prior relationship with the sender or having credentials issued from a certificate authority. A method is provided for receiving encrypted content and generating a message includes both the encrypted content as an attachment and a link to enable access to the encrypted content. The method may include transmitting the message to an intended recipient's mailbox while also storing the message in another mailbox to provide for subsequent decryption of the encrypted content. The link may provide the intended recipient of the message with access to the encrypted content in various ways depending on, for example, whether the recipient is viewing the message through a webmail browser or through a local mail client that is compatible with the enhanced email service.

Touch sensor configurations for reducing electrostatic discharge events in the border area of a touch sensor panel is disclosed. Touch sensors (e.g., electrodes formed on the cover material and/or the opaque mask) can be susceptible to certain events such as arcing and discharge/joule heating, which may negatively affect touch sensor performance. Examples of the disclosure can include increasing the trace width, spacing, and/or thickness in the border area relative to the trace width, spacing, and/or thickness in the visible/active area along one or more sides of the touch sensor panel. In some examples, touch electrodes can be located exclusively in the visible/active areas along one or more sides of the touch sensor panel, while dummy sections can be included in both the border and visible/active areas. Additionally or alternatively, one or more gaps between adjacent touch electrodes in the border area or serpentine routing can be included.

A touch sensor panel including artwork formed on the touch sensor panel is disclosed. The touch sensor panel stackup can include a substrate, one or more underlying layers, one or more patterned transparent conductive layers, a passivation layer, artwork, and an adhesive layer. The artwork on the touch sensor panel can be formed by aligning to the touch sensor pattern or alignment marks. In some examples, the artwork can be formed on a discrete touch sensor panel, and the discrete touch sensor panel can be bonded to a cover glass or cover material. In some examples, the touch sensor panel can be a Dual-sided Indium Tin Oxide (DITO) stackup. In some examples, the drive lines and the sense lines of the touch sensor panel can be formed on separate substrates, and the substrates can be bonded together using an adhesive.

User input mechanisms are displayed for defining a compliance policy update. A unified compliance policy update is generated according to a unified schema that is consistent across different workloads. The unified compliance policy update is sent to a workload where it is deployed.

A synchronization manager on the workload pulls the compliance policy update from the compliance policy management system and deploys it to the workload.

A touch sensor panel can include a plurality of drive lines crossing a plurality of sense lines, forming an array. The plurality of drives lines and the plurality of sense lines can be formed by interconnecting sections of at least one conductive material with a plurality of bridges. The geometry and size of one or more of the plurality of bridges and the arrangement of the sections can be altered to reduce the overall resistance of a section, improve optical uniformity, and/or increase conductance. Additionally, the sensitivity to and differentiation between touch, hover, or proximity can be enhanced based on the number of bridges and the number of hot spots.

Servers on the perimeter network may be securely and automatically configured to communicate with the trusted network. Servers not functioning properly may be stopped from communicating with the other servers. In various embodiments, a screen image may be divided into rectangles, and a capture component may track changed rectangles and capture the screen upon receiving an indication. For small screen updates, the capture rate may be set to &#x2dc;30 captures per second to provide a lower latency. As the screen update size increases, the capture rate may be decreased to match an allocated bandwidth. The capture rate may be increased when available bandwidth increases and decreased as bandwidth decreases. For example, the capture rate may be decreased when downstream back pressure meets predefined criteria. The capture rate change may be effected gradually to avoid jerks and jumps. Varying the capture rate by also enable audio/video synchronization with varying bandwidth variations. Some embodiments may be extended to multiple monitor solutions.

An electronic device may be provided with a display having substrate layers such as a glass color filter layer substrate and a glass thin-film-transistor layer substrate. Display layers such as first and second layers of polymer, a liquid crystal layer interposed between the layers of polymer, color filter elements, and thin-film-transistor circuitry may be formed between the color filter layer substrate and the thin-film-transistor layer substrate. Flexible inactive portions of the display layers may protrude outward from between the color filter layer substrate and the thin-film-transistor substrate. Touch sensor circuitry may be formed from a flexible polymer substrate. The touch sensor circuitry may include conductive touch sensor lines and capacitive electrodes. Each conductive line may be coupled to only a single end of a respective one of the capacitive electrodes.

The present invention extends to methods, systems, and computer program products for providing domain, hull, and geometry shaders in a para-virtualized environment. As such, a guest application executing in a child partition is enabled use a programmable GPU pipeline of a physical GPU. A vGPU (executing in the child partition) is presented to the guest application. The vGPU exposes DDIs of a rendering framework. The DDIs enable the guest application to send graphics commands to the vGPU, including commands for utilizing a domain shader, a hull shader, and/or a geometric shader at a physical GPU. A render component (executing within the root partition) receives physical GPU-specific commands from the vGPU, including commands for using the domain shader, the hull shader, and/or the geometric shader. The render component schedules the physical GPU-specific command(s) for execution at the physical GPU.
