The present invention provides a Ga-based van der Waals room-temperature ferromagnetic crystal material, preparation and use thereof, which belong to the technical field of nano magnetic material preparation. The materials include FeGaTe(a=−0.3 to 0.1, b=0.8 to 1.2) and FeGeGaTe(c=−0.2 to 0.2, d=0.01 to 0.5). The growth method of FeGaTe(a=−0.3 to 0.1, b=0.8 to 1.2) is a self-flux method, using excess Ga and Te as flux to grow crystals. The growth method of FeGeGaTe(c=−0.2 to 0.2, d=0.01 to 0.5) uses iodine as a transport agent to grow crystals. The Ga-based van der Waals room-temperature ferromagnetic crystal FeGaTe(a=−0.3 to 0.1, b=0.8 to 1.2) and FeGeGaTe(c=−0.2 to 0.2, d=0.01 to 0.5) materials have Curie temperature of 330 K to 367 K and 320 K to 345 K, and the saturation magnetic moments are 50 emu/g to 57.2 emu/g and 80 emu/g to 88.5 emu/g, respectively.

The present invention relates to the field of medical health monitoring. Disclosed in the present invention is an on-skin sensing system for detecting blood flow status in a postoperative flap and reconstructed limb, the system including a front-end status detection module and a back-end signal processing and outputting module. The front-end status detection module acquires, in real time, blood oxygen saturation and temperature statuses of postoperative flaps and reconstructed limbs. The front-end status detection module uses a flexible packaging layer to package a printed circuit board, and after the surface of the flexible package layer is chemically treated, a pre-polymerized hydrogel solution is injected to carry out cross-linking to obtain a hydrogel adhesive layer, thereby ensuring long-time close attachment to the skin while avoiding bacterial infection on the surface of the skin. The back-end signal processing and outputting module processes blood oxygen saturation and temperature data, and transmits the data to a mobile terminal in real time. The present invention enables on-line monitoring of the blood flow health status of postoperative flaps and reconstructed limbs. When the blood oxygen saturation of the human body is below a normal value or when temperature and pulse signals are abnormal, the mobile terminal will trigger an alarm function, promptly alerting medical staff and the patient.

The system includes a front-end flexible blood oxygen saturation detection circuit and a back-end signal processing output module connected to each other. The front-end flexible blood oxygen saturation detection circuit uses a flexible packaging material to act as a packaging layer, a surface of the front-end flexible blood oxygen saturation detection circuit has an adhesive functional layer, and is configured to detect blood oxygen saturation of a human tissue through a reflective optical principle.
