Provided are a solar cell, a method for preparing a solar cell, a tandem solar cell, and a photovoltaic module. The solar cell includes a substrate, a doped conductive layer, and a dielectric layer. The substrate has a first surface, where the first surface includes electrode regions and non-electrode regions that are alternatingly arranged along a first direction. The doped conductive layer is formed over the first surface of the substrate. The doped conductive layer includes first conductive portions and at least one second conductive portion. Each respective first conductive portion of the first conductive portions is formed over a respective electrode region of the electrode regions, and each respective second conductive portion of the at least one second conductive portion is formed over a part of a non-electrode region of the non-electrode regions. The dielectric layer is between the first surface and the doped conductive layer.

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to improvement on isolation between antennas and provide an antenna, an antenna array comprising the antenna and a communication device comprising the antenna array. The antenna comprises an improved feeding network. The feeding network comprises: first and second ports each configured to transmit and/or receive a signal; first and second feed lines coupled in parallel between the first and second ports and formed into a continuous conductive loop; and first and second feeders each arranged to couple to a first node on the first feed line and to a radiating element of the antenna, and third and fourth feeders each arranged to couple to a second node on the second feed line and to the radiating element.

The solar cell includes a silicon substrate, multiple first electrodes, and multiple second electrodes. The solar cell further includes a tunneling oxide layer, multiple doped polysilicon layers, and at least one barrier layer. The at least one barrier layer is arranged between every adjacent two doped polysilicon layers in the multiple doped polysilicon layers, and the multiple first electrodes are electrically connected to different doped polysilicon layers. The solar cell provided according to the present application can reduce the total thickness of the polycrystalline silicon layer, so that a thinner polycrystalline silicon layer can reduce parasitic absorption, thereby increasing short-circuit current. Moreover, the risk of slurry burning through the tunneling oxide layer is reduced by the barrier layer, while reducing metal recombination, which increases the open circuit voltage of the solar cell, thereby improving the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell.

A high-precision control system and method for shipborne cryogenic flash freezing of an aquatic product using liquid nitrogen is described. The system may include a main control system, a display unit, a liquid nitrogen supply system, a valve control unit, an acquisition unit, and a power unit. A flash freezing process is divided into four stages: a precooling stage, a flash freezing stage, a deep freezing stage, and a thermal insulation stage. Different cooling rates and flash freezing times are used for different stages, where a cooling rate is used in the flash freezing stage is the highest, a cooling rate used in the deep freezing stage is next, a cooling rate used in the precooling stage is the lowest, and an ambient temperature in a device is kept stable in the thermal insulation stage.

A device and method for analyzing thermal images, a configuration device and method relates to fields of thermal image detection. In the prior art, when configuring orders of analysis areas are different, parts of photographed objects to which the analysis areas correspond with the same number may be different, thereby causing a series of problems. In this invention, a reference image is controlled to be displayed in an infrared thermal image, the reference image reflects specified morphological characters of a photographed object, and a configured analysis area is associated with information related to part information. Thus, the configured analysis area is normative and easy to be understood.

A photoelectric converter and a photoelectric connection device are provided. The photoelectric converter comprises a housing, wherein a driving controller, at least one information transmitting chip and at least one information receiving chip are provided on a substrate in the housing. The information transmitting chip, under the control of the driving controller, converts an electrical signal to be transmitted to an optical signal and transmits the optical signal through an optical fiber corresponding to the information transmitting chip. The present invention is a method and a system for determining junk information related to the fields of information filtering, and can solve the problem of improperly predefined junk information. The method includes: pre-defining junk information keywords in data samples; computing keyword scores for each of the keywords; simulating filtering of the data samples using the keyword scores to obtain a filtering index value; determining whether the filtering index value satisfies an evaluation index; if not satisfied, revising the keywords or the keyword scores and repeating the simulating to obtain a new filtering index value; and if satisfied, terminating the revising. The disclosed method can help a user more reasonably define junk information keywords and keyword scores, and determine whether information is junk information based on the keywords and corresponding scores, thereby improving efficiency of information filtering. The invention can be widely adopted in a variety of applications and systems such as feedback systems, guestbook systems, forums and junk mail processing.
