Battery paste, battery electrode plate, and preparation method therefor

A method for preparation of an organohalosilane represented by formula I is disclosed. The method comprises: contacting an alcohol with metal sodium to yield a sodium alcoholate; contacting the sodium alcoholate with a halogen silane compound for an etherification reaction; and adding dropwise a fluorinating agent for a fluorination reaction. The organohalosilane is used for preparation of an electrolyte solution of a non-aqueous lithium ion battery.

Organohalosilane and use thereof in electrolytes of non-aqueous lithium ion batteries

An organohalosilane represented by formula I, where R, R, and Rindependently, at each occurrence, represent &#x2014;(CH)CHwhere x is an integer from 0 to 5, or a halogen substituent where the halogen is F or Cl, and at least one substituent from R, R, and Ris the halogen substituent; Ris a C-Calkoxyl or a tertiary amine represented by &#x2014;NRR, where Rand Rindependently, at each occurrence, represent a same or different C-Calkyl; m is an integer from 1 to 20; and n is an integer from 0 to 5. The organohalosilane is used for preparation of an electrolyte solution of a non-aqueous lithium ion battery.

The invention provides an organosilicon amine electrolyte material containing a polyether chain, which has a wide range of applications, as well as an application of the electrolyte material in a lithium ion battery. The chemical structure thereof is as shown in Formula 1, wherein R1 and R2 are selected from the same or different C1-C10 alkyls; A is a polyether chain segment having the structure of (CH2)O[(CH)O](CH2), where n and m are integers from 0 to 10, and x is an integer from 1 to 10; R3, R4 and R5 are selected from the same or the different C1-C10 alkyls or alkoxyl groups, or are equivalent to ANRRor &#x2014;O&#x2014;SiRRRin structure; wherein R, Rand Rare C1-C10 alkyls.
