A flexible photoelectric device module and a method for preparing same are provided. The module includes a plurality of photoelectric device units. One photoelectric device unit includes a bottom electrode, a functional layer and a top electrode. The bottom electrode includes a light-transmittance insulating base, and a first electrode, a second electrode and a third electrode which are arranged on two side surfaces of the base. The first electrode is a transparent electrode. The second electrode and the first electrode are in electric contact with each other. The second electrode and the third electrode are electrically connected through a conducting channel. The conducting channel runs through the base along a thickness direction. The third electrode in one photoelectric device unit is electrically connected to the top electrode or the first electrode in another photoelectric device unit, so that the two photoelectric device units are disposed in series or in parallel.

Provided are a method and system for controlling a Raman fiber amplifier. The method comprises: according to a target gain and a tilt, calculating an expected output power of a pump by using a feedforward formula, and obtaining an actual output power of the pump through detection (); locking the actual output power of the pump to the expected output power through first-stage feedback control (); according to the target gain and the tilt, calculating an expected ASE power of the pump by using an ASE formula, and obtaining an actual out-of-band ASE power of the pump through detection (); if the out-of-band ASE is not locked, determining gain compensation and tilt compensation of the pump through second-stage feedback control, and feeding the compensation back to the feedforward formula and the ASE formula for recalculation (); and repeatedly performing the first-stage feedback control and the second-stage feedback control until the gain and the tilt are locked (). In the system, a combination of feedforward and multi-closed loop feedback control is used to realize rapid locking of a pump power and locking of the gain and the tilt compensation, which improves the control precision of the gain and the tilt and accelerates a response speed.

The method combines two algorithms for obtaining image depth information values to improve the calculation accuracy of image depth values, and thus to increase the image three-dimensional reconstruction rate and improve the image identification precision.

Disclosed are a method, device and system for dynamically controlling a gain of a Raman optical fiber amplifier. The method comprises: determining whether a target gain falls within a gain mask range; if the target gain falls within the gain mask range, directly locking a gain to the target gain; and if the target gain falls outside the gain mask range, locking the gain to a corresponding maximum gain in the gain mask range, and gradually increasing the locked gain according to a preset first step length until the target gain is reached or until at least one pump laser reaches a maximum output power. The invention enables an optical fiber amplifier to respond quickly to a change in an input optical signal, ensures gain stability, and ensures that no power overshoot or undershoot occurs in the non-switched optical channels in an optical path. Moreover, the invention minimizes an amount of time required to complete switching between gains.

The present invention discloses a method, device and medium for structuring a capsule endoscopy report text. The method includes: annotating the report text using an annotation model; storing each named entity classification label in the report text in a hierarchical tree structure according to the annotation information to form a tree structure diagram; parsing the tree structure diagram, extracting abnormal structure data and time parameters, and storing the abnormal structure data and time parameters in a panel data structured manner to form an abnormal structure panel table and a time parameter panel table. The present invention can automatically annotate the capsule endoscopy report through the annotation model, and output parameters of different amount of information in different structures, and quantitative and accurate quality control of the capsule endoscopy process and examination results, which provide sufficient convenience for the electronic medical information of the capsule endoscopy.

An automatically-cleanable thickening performance evaluation instrument for drilling LCMs includes a cleaning device, a kettle body, a thickening motor, a heating component, a test ending component, a top cover, and a bottom cover, where upper and lower ends of the kettle body are both opened; the kettle body is arranged in a third bearing inner race, a third bearing outer race is connected to a first limb, and the first limb is configured to limit a position of the kettle body; and the kettle body is detachably connected to the thickening motor and driven by the thickening motor to rotate. The instrument can realize electric heating and air pressurization to simulate the underground environment, and the kettle body can be completely sealed, such that a measured thickening time is close to an actual thickening time. Moreover, the instrument can be automatically cleaned at the end of a test.

The invention provides a suspension modifier directly added into fracturing fluid for real-time proppant modification during fracturing and the application thereof, relating to the field of oil and gas production technologies. The suspension modifier is a controlled release nanoemulsion and comprises surface hydrophobic modifier, surfactant, cosurfactant and water. The suspension modifier is directly added into clear-water or active-water fracturing fluid while the proppant is added into water. After stirring, the suspension modifier is capable of self-assembling and being adsorbed on the proppant surface, so that the proppant surface becomes hydrophobic and aerophilic. The invention no longer requires the proppant to be pretreated, and the bubble-suspended proppant can be obtained directly by adding the suspension modifier to the clear-water or active-water fracturing fluid, and meanwhile adding the proppant to the fracturing fluid. This technology is not only easy to operate, but also low in cost for proppant treatment.

The method comprises: performing image rectification and circular edge masking on original images to form pre-processed images, and performing image enhancement (S); completing detection and pairing of feature points (S); calculating a transformation model of all pre-processed images to a same optimal plane according to a set of the feature points (S); performing projective transformation for each enhanced image to a same coordinate system (S); and stitching images according to an obtained sequence to form a fused image for output (S), thus expanding the field of view of a single image of the capsule endoscope.

In an approach to augmenting a caption dataset by leveraging a denoising autoencoder to sample and generate additional captions from the ground truth captions, one or more computer processors generate a plurality of new captions utilizing an autoencoder fed with one or more noisy captions, wherein the autoencoder is trained with a dataset comprising a plurality of ground truth captions. The one or more computer processors calculate an importance weight for each new caption in the plurality of generated new captions as compared to a plurality of associated ground truth captions based on a consensus metric. The one or more computer processors train a caption model with the generated plurality of new captions and associated calculated weights.
