A multiplexed space-time block coding (M-STBC) scheme is described that allows for transmitting a single multicast transmission in a heterogeneous MIMO (i.e., multiple-input and multiple-output) environment, where receivers with fewer antennas can receive a lower resolution version of the multi-cast transmission, while receivers with a greater number of antennas can receive a higher resolution version of the multi-cast transmission. Thus, the M-STBC scheme allows for transmitting the single multicast transmission that includes both a spatial multiplexing mode and a diversity mode.

The pixel values of the frames (e.g., the frames in the spatial domain) are transmitted on a pseudo-analog channel. It is prepared by using 30-55 v/v % aqueous ethanol solution as moistening agent. The granules prepared by the formulation and method according to the present invention have good uniformity and stability and are water-soluble. The administration dosage of the granules can be conveniently selected based on the age and body weight of patients. The oseltamivir phosphate granule is suitable for administering to old people, children and flu gravis patients and those patients that swallow inconveniently or difficulty. The preparation of the granule is simple and low in production cost.
