Disclosed is a 1,3-bisisocyanatomethylcyclohexane composition and an optical resin prepared therefrom. The composition comprises, based on the weight of 1,3-bisisocyanatomethylcyclohexane, a) 65%-95 wt % of trans-1,3-bisisocyanatomethylcyclohexane; b) greater than 0 and less than or equal to 0.5 wt %, preferably 0.02-0.5 wt % of 1,4-bisisocyanatomethylcyclohexane. Preferably, the 1,3-bisisocyanatomethylcyclohexane composition contains greater than 0 and less than or equal to 600 ppm of 1-isocyanatomethyl-3-methylcyclohexane, based on the weight of 1,3-bisisocyanatomethylcyclohexane. The 1,3-bisisocyanatomethylcyclohexane composition is used for preparing an optical resin, which can be applied to produce an optical lens with a better performance in preventing opacification and optical distortion.

The present invention relates to a catalyst for fixed bed aniline rectification residue recycling and preparation method thereof. Based on the total weight of the catalyst, the catalyst comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-40% of an active component, 2-30% of a first cocatalyst component, 10-30% of a second cocatalyst component and the balance of carrier, wherein the active component is NiO; the first cocatalyst component is one or more of Fe, Mo, Cr or Co oxide; and the second cocatalyst component is one or more of La, Zr, Y or Ce oxide. The catalyst is prepared through co-precipitation. The catalyst shows high activity and stability in the waste liquid treatment process, and can still maintain high rectification residue cracking rate after reaction of 200 hours.

Catalyst for fixed bed aniline rectification residue recycling and preparation method

Disclosed is a method for preparing diamino-dicyclohexyl methane (HMDA) by hydrogenation of diamino-diphenyl methane (MDA). In the process, 4,4'-MDA used as the starting material is firstly hydrogenated to prepare 4,4&#x2032;-HMDA. When the activity of the catalyst is reduced, the feed is switched from 4,4&#x2032;-MDA to the mixture of 2,4&#x2032;-MDA and 4,4&#x2032;-MDA, and then when the conversion is stabilized, the feed is switched to 4,4&#x2032;-MDA again. The deactivated catalyst is activated on line by switching the feed to the mixture of 2,4&#x2032;-MDA and 4,4&#x2032;-MDA. 4,4&#x2032;-HMDA having the trans-trans isomer content of 16&#x2dc;24 wt % is produced, and the mixture of 2,4&#x2032;-HMDA and 4,4&#x2032;-HMDA is also produced, wherein the content of 2,4&#x2032;-HMDA in the mixture is 4&#x2dc;15 wt %.

Method for preparing diamino-dicyclohexyl methane

The present invention discloses a method for intermittently producing 4,4'-diaminodicyclohexyl methane (HMDA) with a low amount of the trans-trans isomer thereof, which comprises: controlling the reaction process by stopping the reaction when, except for a solvent, the reaction solution comprises MDA of 0-5 wt % and HMDA of 1-20 wt %; and b) separating the reaction solution obtained from step a) by conventional means to obtain HMDA product with desired purity, and allowing the un-reacted material and intermediate product to be recycled to the reactor after being accumulated. The method of the present invention decreases the amount of the trans-trans isomer in HMDA, increases the yield of the reaction, and reduces the production cost. The present invention also provides a post treatment process of the reaction mixture.
