A transfer device for transferring an actuator displacement, has a housing with a first recess having a first and second plunger displaceably mounted. These plungers are actively connected via at least one transfer chamber by a fluid. The active connection causes the second plunger to be displaced when the first plunger is moved and vice versa. The transfer chamber is hydraulically coupled via a sealing gap to a compensating chamber compensating the pressure differences, in a delayed manner. The transfer device also has a chamber device with a compensating chamber, a chamber housing, and a first plunger. The chamber device has a device with a first body with a recess including a second body, and with an elastomer placed in the recess between the first and second body. The elastomer has a first groove extending at least partially along the recess.

Device, method for producing the device, chamber device and transfer device

A compensating element () for an injection valve has a cup-shaped body () with a cup base () and a recess. Furthermore, the compensating element has a piston () which makes a clearance fit in respect of the recess of the cup-shaped body () on an axially extending guide segment () of the piston () and which is arranged at least partially axially moveable with the guide segment () in the recess of the cup-shaped body (). A sealing element () is arranged on the side of the guide segment () facing away from the cup base () and couples the cup-shaped body () with the piston (). A hydraulically and/or pneumatically sealed system is delimited by the cup-shaped body (), the piston () and the sealing element (). The coupling of the sealing element () with the cup-shaped body () and/or the piston () is friction-fit.

Injection valve and compensating element for an injection valve

Disclosed is a travel-transmitting element for an injection valve, comprising a pressure-loaded storage chamber which is filled with a hydraulic fluid and a storage element that is provided with an elastomeric bellows-type member. In order to ensure sufficient steadiness of the rotational speed over the service life, the inventive elastomeric bellows-type member is provided with a stiffening element which ensures constant radial stiffness over the service life at least in some sections thereof.

Travel-transmitting element for an injection valve

A device for transmitting a displacement of an actuator to a setting element comprises two pistons that delimit two transmission chambers and a compensation chamber with a housing. The compensation chamber is hydraulically connected to the two transmission chambers. The transmission chambers transmit a displacement of the first piston in order to effect a displacement of the second piston. The compensation chamber serves as a reservoir for the transmission medium with which the transmission chambers are filled. The compensation chamber is delimited by an elastomer ring. The elastomer ring depicts a simple and economical realization with which it is possible to subject the compensation chamber to the action of pressure and to change the volume of the compensation chamber at the same time. In a preferred embodiment, the elastomer ring is externally subjected to the action of a tension force via a pressure ring.

Device for transmitting a displacement of an actuator using an elastomer ring

An electromechanical actuator has at least one electromagnet, an armature and a resetting device. A connector is provided, with at least one contact element, which is electro-conductively connected to the coil of the electromagnet, and which is disposed in such a way that, at least during the assembly to the actuator onto a support, it can be electrically contacted by an assembly contacting element.

Electromechanical actuator

An electromechanical actuator has at least one electromagnet and an armature with a shank. The armature is mechanically coupled to at least one restoring device and it can move between a first bearing surface on the electromagnet and a further bearing surface. The shank is either completely hollow or it has a blind bore formed therein. A transmitter of a sensor is disposed in the cavity of the shank body.

The servo mechanism has an adjuster ( ) and a driver ( ). The driver has at least one electromagnet with a coil ( ), a movable armature plate ( ) and at least one spring ( ) which biases the armature plate toward a given rest position (R). A deceleration field is produced by the coil while the armature plate is moving away from the coil, and does so for a given period of time (T ).

Method for the operation of an electromagnetic servo mechanism

An electromagnetic actuator for actuating a lifting valve of an internal combustion engine includes two magnetic coils and an armature moved in oscillation between the two magnetic coils. The armature has an armature shank with an end portion. The armature shank is guided in the actuator. The end portion is connected to and acts upon the valve shank of the lifting valve. At least portions of the armature shank are of a material having a specific gravity substantially lower than that of steel.

Electromagnetic actuator for actuating a lifting valve of an internal combustion engine

A method for starting an electromechanical regulating device especially designed for controlling the charge cycle in an internal combustion engine. The electromechanical regulating device has an actuating element and an actuating drive. The actuating drive includes a first electromagnet with a first coil and a second electromagnet with a second coil, an armature which can move between contact faces of the first and second electromagnets, and at least one restoring means which is mechanically coupled to the armature. To start the regulating device, the second coil is energized until a first predefined condition is fulfilled and then the first coil is energized from the time at which a second condition is fulfilled until the armature comes into contact with the contact face.
