The invention relates to substituted thiophenyl uracils of general formula (I) or the salts (I) thereof, wherein the groups in general formula (I) are as defined in the description, and to the use thereof as herbicides, in particular for controlling weeds and/or weed grasses in crops of cultivated plants and/or as plant growth regulators for influencing the growth of crops of cultivated plants.

The invention relates to substituted thiophenyl uracils of general formula (I) or salts (I) thereof, wherein the groups in general formula (I) are as defined in the description, and to the use thereof as herbicides, in particular for controlling weeds and/or weed grasses in crops of cultivated plants and/or as plant growth regulators for influencing the growth of crops of cultivated plants. 

The present invention relates to alkynyl-substituted N-phenylpyrrolidine-2,4-diones according to the general formula (I) or agrochemically acceptable salts thereof, where X=C-C-alkyl, C-C-haloalkyl or C-C-cycloalkyl, Y=C-C-alkyl or C-C-cycloalkyl, R=hydrogen, C-C-alkyl, or C-C-cycloalkyl, R=hydrogen or methyl, R=C-C-alkyl or C-C-alkoxy-C-C-alkyl, G=hydrogen, a cleavable group L or a cation E. The invention further relates to a herbicidal composition comprising a compound of the general formula (I) and to the use of the compounds according to the invention for controlling weeds and weed grasses in crops of useful plants.
