The invention relates to a retaining element 1 for attachment of a part to a support, specifically at least one signal horn to a motor vehicle body, with two areas 2, 3, wherein the one area 2 is connected with the support and the other area 3 with the part, respectively via at least one attachment element. The retaining element consists of plastic and the two areas 2, 3 of the retaining element 1 are connected with each other and each include reenforcing flange portions 5, 6 which surround the two areas 2, 3.

Retaining element

The invention concerns a two-piece holding assembly made of plastic for mounting of at least one tube-shaped part such as a vehicle fuel line or the like. The assembly includes an outer dish element 2 of hard plastic material which is attachable to a support via a mounting zone. An inner dish-like element 3 formed of soft plastic material and having at least one storage location 5 for acceptance of the tube-shaped part is received in outer dish element 2. In the preferred arrangement, the inner dish-like element 3 is attached on both sides of storage location 5 via an anchorage 6, 6' to the outer dish-like element 2. Between inner dish-like element 3 and outer dish-like element 2 in the area about the storage location 5, there exists an open transverse free space 7.

Two-piece holding assembly made of plastic

The invention relates to a single-piece retaining element made of plastic designed for supporting at least one pipe or tubular member and comprising at least one attachment area 2 and at least one holding area 3, 4 for partial encompassing of the pipe line circumference. The attachment area 2 is connected with the holding area 3, 4 via at least one resilient cross piece of band or strap-like configuration.

Single-piece retaining element

A tube-type coupling or clamping joint is formed of plastic and comprises two cylindrical cartridge-shaped body portions 2, 3 having end regions 8, 9 which interfittingly overlap and mate with each other in a detachably connected manner. At least one locking part 10 is arranged for joining the elements 2, 3. One end region of one of the cartridge-shaped elements carries at its outer circumference at least two stop elements 11, 11' which extend at right angles to the longitudinal axis L--L. Axially behind the stops 11, 11' there is arranged to be inserted as a portion of the locking part 10 a stop arm 12, 12' that can rotate at right angles vis-a-vis the longitudinal axis of the coupling. Located in the other end region 9 of the mating cartridge-shaped element is a resilient ring element 14 and a locating flange 16.

Clamping-type coupling

The subject invention relates to a holding element made of plastic, with a first part (2) formed of hard plastic and having a storage zone (5) for acceptance of at least one tube-shaped part. A second part (3) made of soft, attenuating material is embedded in the first part (2) and a third part (4), embedded in same via a traversing aperture (6) exhibiting a holding zone (7'). According to the invention, the holding zone (7') of the third part (4') may be designed as a peg (23), equipped with at least one profiling (22) positionable into the aperture of a support, or as an arrow base (40), or as a spreader rivet (50).

Plastic holding element

A releasable connection made of plastic includes a sleeve-shaped central body having a first end connectable with a tube-shaped part and a second end axially receiving a junction piece having a circumferentially extending clamping rib. A rotatable clamping sleeve encircles the second end of the central body. The central body includes at least two radially deflectable resilient locking tabs with a cam surface on the interior of the clamping sleeve acting to selectively deflect the locking tabs radially inward to engage the junction piece. A first of the tabs is located to engage closely adjacent the clamping rib to prevent axial withdrawal of the junction piece and a second of the tabs is located at a position axially spaced from the first tab to radially position and stabilize the junction piece in the central body.

Clamping connection made of plastic

A return air blocking device (1) in the nature of a check valve for use in the ventilation system for the interior of a motor vehicle. The device comprises a housing or main frame (2) attachable in a vehicle support panel by insertion into a panel aperture. A flap-type valve element is directly connected with housing (2). Preferably, housing (2) includes a grating structure against which the flap-type valve element rests while in the closed position.

Reverse flow blocking device for vehicle ventilation system

The invention relates to a joint connection (3) between two plastic parts (1 and 2), one part being at least partly rotatable in relation to the other part. According to the invention, the joint connection (3) consists of a shell-form outer element (4) on the one plastic part (1) and an inner element (5), at least partly supported in the outer element (4), on the other plastic part (2), both elements (4) and (5) being made by being injection molded one in the other, from one tool.

Joint connection between two plastic parts

The invention concerns a holding element 1 made of plastic and having at least one storage or gripping zone 5 designed for receiving and holding at least one tube-shaped part adjacent to a mounting zone 7. The holding element 1 is characterized by a three-component design which includes a first component 2 made of a hard plastic material and carrying the storage or gripping zone 5. A second component 3 formed of a soft plastic vibration damping material is positioned in component 2 and receives a third component 4 formed of hard material which is positioned in component 3 via a transverse aperture 6. Component 3 carries the mounting zone 7 which provides the ability to connect the holding element to an associated support structure.
