The invention relates to a hose made of a thermoplastic polymer comprising a core and a cover provided with a reinforcement, in particular in the form of a multilayer reinforcing structure, wherein each core and cover consists of a thermoplastic polymer and wherein, according to the invention, an intermediate coupling layer is incorporated into the core and/or cover material by welding and is connected in the form of a reinforcement. The appropriated variants of the embodiment of the intermediate coupling layer are also enclosed.

Hose made of thermoplastic polymer

The invention relates to a method for producing a rotationally symmetric body, especially a hose, specifically a large hose, by utilizing a rotating core as a supporting body for the inner layer; a device for storing and guiding the thread, the device being able to move back and forth in a parallel manner relative to the rotating core; and a molding head which can also move back and forth in a parallel manner relative to the rotating core and in which at least two reactive liquid or pasty components for the reaction are brought. The inner layer and the outer layer are constructed by means of the reaction mixture which exits the molding head. In addition, the thread is saturated with the reaction mixture during the production of the strength supporter, whereby the incorporation of the thread results during a reaction degree of no more than 50%. Useful method parameters are introduced.

Method for producing a rotationally symmetric body

The invention relates to a tube arrangement, comprising at least the following components: a flexible double casing tube, with an inner tube ( ) and an outer tube ( ), forming a ring gap ( ) which opens out into a widened cavity ( ), in the vicinity of their ends; a connector ( ), arranged at each end of the double casing tube, comprising a flange ( ) and a fitting which, in the vicinity of the end of the outer tube ( ) and of the cavity ( ), has a first annular ring ( ) and in the vicinity of the end of the inner tube ( ), a second annular ring ( ), a dividing chamber ( ), between the flange ( ) and the first annular ring ( ) which is surrounded by a chamber enclosure ( ), the chamber ( ), furthermore, is connected to the cavity ( ) and a drilling ( ) exists in the chamber enclosure ( ); a signal transmitter, which is arranged at each end of the tube, in the vicinity of the fitting, each one being connected to the drilling in the chamber enclosure by means of a connecter opening. According to the invention, the first signal transmitter is an inflatable container and the second signal transmitter is a lamp with light sticks. Possible embodiments of the tube arrangement, which are of advantage, are disclosed.

The invention relates to a float (,) for buoyant hoses comprising at least one multi-layer foam body which surrounds the buoyant hose (,), whereby the foam body is composed of individual foam sheets (,). Inside a layer, a radial connection (,) is produced which adheringly joins two adjacent foam sheets (,) to one another. In addition, the float comprises an axial connection (,) which also adheringly joins two adjacent foam sheets (,) to one another from sheet to sheet. According to variant A, the radial connection (,) is exclusively produced by a layer made of a polymer material which expands when heated and occupies a large volume. According to variant B, both the radial connection (,) as well as the axial connection (,) are produced by a layer made of a non-expandable polymer material, whereby the individual layers are joined to one another for the radial and axial connection in such a way that each foam sheet (,) is completely single chambered.
