A connection union for a fluid line () containing a fluid duct () has at least one signal conductor (and) in the wall () of the fluid line () for the transmission of electrical and/or optical signal. The connection union a fluid line socket () and a holding device () for the fluid line () and at least one signal contact () for the production of a connection with the at least one signal conductor (and). The at least one signal contact () is able to be slid in the insertion direction () of the fluid line (through) and is provided with spring means () so that during a longitudinal movement of the fluid line () mounted on the connection union () the at least one signal contact () remains connected with the at least one signal conductor (and). Moreover the invention contemplates a suitable fluid line () and a fluid power means belonging to it.

Connector piece, fluid line and hydraulic device

A connection member for a fluid line () defining a fluid duct () with stranded signal conductors (and) in the wall () thereof for the transmission of electrical signals. The connection member has a female socket into which the fluid line () may be inserted and in which at least one signal contact (and) is arranged, which at the end may stick into the at least one signal conductor (and). The penetrating part () is constituted by a knife edge () whose width is equal to the diameter of the signal conductor (and) to be contacted and which splits the signal conductorand) on penetration from the end into an outer and an inner line limb.

Connection piece for a fluid line

A plastic hose, and more particularly a pneumatic hose, is provided with at least two electrical conductors extending along the hose body. These conductors are in the form of strips (and) of a metallized braid of plastic material or of natural fiber with a spacing apart on the hose body (). Accordingly high flexibility of the plastic hose () is achieved with satisfactory electrical conductivity of the strips ensuring safety as regards breakage.

Plastic tube, especially a pneumatic tube

A sealing ring () has an annular principal body () responsible for its dimensional stability, such body having an annular groove on at least one axial side, in which groove a sealing body (), consisting of rubber-elastic material, is held. The sealing body () has a sealing bead () projecting axially past the principal body (). The capacity of the annular groove () is at least equal to the volume of the sealing body () so that the annular groove () is in a position of receiving the material of the sealing body () defining its sealing bead () during action on and deformation of the sealing bead ().

Sealing ring

A connector for a fluid line defines therein a fluid duct and whose wall has at least one signal conductor for the transmission of electrical and/or optical signals. The connector comprises a plug socket for the fluid line, a holding device for holding the fluid line in the mounted condition thereof and at least one signal switch contact for producing a connection with the at least one signal conductor. The at the plug socket the fluid line is provided with a guide means for angularly aligned arrangement of the fluid line, such guide means being able to be introduced into the at least one fluid duct and in the case of such introduction it slides along at least one angular encoding means arranged in the at least one fluid duct so that the fluid duct is able to be brought into a predetermined angular position prior to contact being made between the at least one signal switch contact and the at least one signal conductor.
