A fastening arrangement for a rim of a wheel on a wheel hub of a wheel carrier of a motor vehicle. The fastening arrangement includes a central screw which, on a fastening portion, has an external thread which engages in an internal thread of a step of the wheel hub. A tensioner produces a force-fitting connection between the wheel hub step and the central screw. A locking arrangement prevents unintentional release of the central screw. The locking arrangement has a carrier member and a blocking member, wherein the blocking member is pretensioned in relation to the carrier member by a locking spring member and is displaceable in the axial direction. The blocking member is arranged captively in the carrier member by a securing mechanism.

An actuating device contains two shifting buttons which are arranged on the upper side and lower side of the steering wheel. The shifting buttons are guided together rectilinearly on guide pins during a shifting operation, which guide pins are held in sleeves of a supporting plate and are fastened to a steering wheel cover.

A system for attaching a wheel to a motor vehicle, having a wheel hub which bears on a drive shaft stub of the motor vehicle and to which the wheel to be attached is attached by way of a central fastening element. On one section the central fastening element has an external thread, by way of which the bolt is screwed to an internal thread of a wheel hub stub of the wheel hub, a slotted cone interacting with the central fastening element in such a way that when attaching the central fastening element to the wheel hub the slotted cone can be pressed against the wheel. The slotted cone here being braced on an outer face of the wheel hub stub and entering into a frictional connection with the wheel hub stub.

Wheel lock

A receiving device for pedals of a motor vehicle is provided. The mounting plate has bearings for a brake pedal, a clutch pedal and an accelerator pedal. The clutch pedal can be demounted or installed in a simple manner as a function of the use of a manual or an automatic transmission.

For connecting a pedal, particularly a brake pedal, with a pressing rod, a connecting device includes a pin which has a spherical construction in the center area. With this construction of the pin, the pedal is held in a deflectable manner with respect to the pressing rod.

The transverse leaf spring of the wheel suspension is held in bearings on both sides of a longitudinal center plane of the vehicle. These bearings consist of semicylindrical tension elements which are held in elastic receiving devices and which are surrounded by bearing bushes. In order to securely clamp the leaf springs toothed profiles are provided in the tension elements and in the leaf spring. The tension elements can also be connected with pins which can be fastened in the leaf spring.

An arrangement for operating a parking brake for a motor vehicle has braking devices which are arranged on the wheel side and can be operated by way of tension members. The tension members are guided around by way of deflecting elements and, via a transmission element, are connected with a hand brake lever. The deflecting elements consist of two segments which are disposed opposed to one another and on a common swivel axis and are held in an inoperative position by at least one return element. Each segment has a deflecting contour with guide grooves for the tension cables forming the tension members.

Arrangement for operating a parking brake

A brake pressure rod is described for operating a vehicle brake and is arranged between a pedal and a brake booster. The brake pressure rod consists of an extruded profile with breakthroughs. On one end of the brake pressure rod, a bearing is arranged for the pedal and, on an opposite end, a receiving device is arranged for a rod of the brake cylinder. The brake pressure rod has a desired buckling point which, in the case of a pedal made of plastic and a brake pressure rod made of a light metal alloy, shifts danger as a result of destruction from the pedal to the brake pressure rod.

A gas pedal arrangement for a motor vehicle has a pedal plate which is swivellably held on a pedal holding device in the form of a housing. This pedal plate is connected with an adjusting device. The pedal holding device consists of an oblong housing which includes two half shells and in which components of the adjusting device are held on bearing points molded on the inside. On the outside of the half shells, transversely extending catch hook strips are provided, and on an underside of the half shells directed toward the vehicle body, molded-on common centering domes are provided for the fastening and fixing of the position of the housing. A gas pull is connected with a deflecting lever in a suspended manner, the gas pull being guided in the base of the pedal plate on a swivellable deflecting pulley which has a circular-arc-shaped segment.

One-piece pedal, such as a brake pedal or clutch pedal, which is produced in an injection molding process, and has two sections in the pedal body which are separated by way of a partition, the lower pedal section carrying the stepping plate being provided with reinforcing ribs in the longitudinal and transverse plane.

A holding device for a cooler, particularly an oil cooler of a motor vehicle which is arranged adjacent to a front-side covering part of the bumper and, by way of bearings arranged on both sides of the cooler, can be moved about a transverse swivel shaft against the driving direction of the vehicle. In order to maintain the cooler in an undamaged and operative condition in the case of an impact of the covering or of the bumper, the cooler is held in its original position by springs and can swivel into an evading position in the case of an impact against the force of these springs.

A plastic pedal for a motor vehicle (e.g. a clutch pedal), has a stepping plate portion at the front end of the pedal arm and a spring lever with bearing bores at a rear end. The pedal arm consists of a hollow profile having a rectangular cross-section and is provided with walls 15, 17 and 24 of approximately the same thickness and constructed to have smooth surfaces on the inside and on the outside. This type of a pedal has a low weight, takes up little space and has considerably stiffness, whereby relatively high torsional and bending stress can be absorbed.
