A connection element without a female thread, having a damping function, and by which two components can be connected. The connection element has an outer sleeve, a spacer sleeve, and a screw having a first outer diameter and a tolerance compensation disc positioned on the screw. The outer sleeve has an outer body having a shaft with a fastening flange at a first end and, adjacent to a second end, a folding zone which can form a compression bead. The outer sleeve has a first inner diameter and a second inner diameter smaller than the first. A first component can be supported between the fastening flange and the compression bead. The second component can be fastened, adjacent to the second end of the outer sleeve, by the sleeve. The screw and the tolerance compensation disc are positioned in the outer sleeve with radial play.

Outer sleeve of a connection element without a female thread and having a damping function, connection element comprising an outer sleeve, and corresponding connection and manufacturing method

A multipart adjustment element for a tolerance compensation arrangement for automatically compensating for tolerances in the spacing between a first and a second component. The adjustment element comprises a bush, a dragging element, a contact disc, and a securing sleeve. The bush has a bore, an outer thread with a first direction, and a step. The dragging element comprises at least one spring arm protruding radially inwards, wherein a first axial end of the dragging element is arranged on the step in the threaded bush. The contact disc is arranged adjacently to the first axial end of the threaded bush and has a through-opening. The securing sleeve likewise has a through-opening and is arranged at least partly in the bore of the threaded bush with a press-fit connection in order to securely connect the contact disc, the threaded bush, and the dragging element together.

Multipart adjustment element for a tolerance compensation assembly

A tolerance compensation arrangement for fastening first and second components with compensation of tolerances between the components. The arrangement comprises a base element having a first element with a first inner thread, a second element with a second inner thread, a supporting element arranged in between, and an adjustment unit with a threaded sleeve with an outer thread and a dragging unit at least partially arranged in the sleeve. The outer thread forms a first thread pairing of a first thread direction with the first inner thread. A fastening screw, can be screwed into the second inner thread via a second thread pairing of a second thread direction opposite to the first thread direction. The fastening screw can be connected to the adjustment unit via the dragging unit so that, during the rotation of the fastening screw, the adjustment unit co-rotates and is moved into abutment with the first component.

Tolerance compensation assembly

An arrangement for fastening first and second components with automatic compensation in spacing between the components has a base element with first and second axial ends and a holding structure for holding the base element in an opening of the first component. An adjusting unit screwable into the base element has a driver unit. A fastening screw is connectable to the adjusting unit via the driver unit, such that, when the fastening screw is rotated, the adjusting unit can be rotated conjointly and moved into contact with the second component. The holding structure has a holding segment arranged such that, by the holding segment, an angle between the first and second component can be compensated such that, when the adjusting unit makes contact with the second component, a longitudinal axis of the fastening arrangement runs perpendicular to a plane of the second component.

Fastening arrangement with angular compensation function

A tolerance compensation arrangement for fastening first and second components with automatic or self-acting compensation of tolerances in the spacing between the components. The arrangement includes a base element having first and second metal elements with inner threads. An adjustment unit includes a threaded sleeve with an outer thread and a dragging unit at least partially arranged in the threaded sleeve. The outer thread forms a first thread pairing of a first thread direction with the inner thread of the first metal element. A fastening screw can be screwed into the inner thread of the second metal element via a second thread pairing of a second thread direction opposite to the first thread direction. The fastening screw can be connected to the adjustment unit via the dragging unit so that, during the rotation of the fastening screw, the adjustment unit co-rotates and is moved into abutment with the first component.

A tolerance compensation arrangement for fastening a first and second component, with automatic compensation of tolerances in the spacing between the components, has a base element with a first internal thread and a fastening structure for fastening the base element in an opening of the first component. The arrangement has an adjusting unit with a first external thread that forms a first thread pairing of a first thread direction with the first internal thread of the base element, and the adjusting unit has a fastening sleeve with a second internal thread. The arrangement has a dragging unit arranged at least partially in the adjusting unit. A fastening screw can be screwed into the second internal thread, and subsequently to the dragging unit. The adjusting unit can be co-rotated and brought into contact with the second component, and a press fit established between the adjusting unit and the base element.

Tolerance compensation arrangement with safety clamp

A fastener having a damping function with which at least a first and a second component can be connected via a screw connection. The fastener consists of the following components: an elastically deformable outer sleeve, a support sleeve arranged therein and a screw sleeve with telescopic portion arranged in the outer sleeve. When establishing the connection between the components, the outer sleeve folds, whereby the support sleeve and the screw sleeve are moved into each other.

Fastener having a damping function

An adjustable distance sleeve consisting of an outer sleeve, a hollow cylindrical inner sleeve as well as an abutment disc fastened to an axial collar of the outer sleeve. Due to the adaption in shape between the outer sleeve and the component opening, a rotation-proof fastening of the distance sleeve in the component is possible in a simple manner. Thereafter, the length adjustment of the distance sleeve takes place.

Adjustable spacer sleeve

A connector for at least a first and a second component having a distance therebetween, especially an at least two-piece edge connector, comprising the following features: a first leg having a first opening as a first part and a second leg having a second opening as a second part which are connected movably to each other by means of a one-sided form-fit connection so that a distance between the first and the second leg is freely adjustable in a given interval and a component with a component opening is receivable between the first and the second leg and the connector is fastenable by means of a fastening element in the component opening.

The present invention relates to a fastening arrangement for fastening a component A to a component B with automatic tolerance compensation between the components A and B. The fastening arrangement comprises a fixable base element into which a mounting screw can be screwed via a first thread pair, and an adjusting element with an external thread that can be screwed into the base element via a second thread pair, wherein a first and a second anti-rotation safeguard are provided between the base element and the adjusting element, wherein said anti-rotation safeguards can be used to prevent detachment of the adjusting element from the base element during transport as well as locking of the adjusting element with the base element.

Fastening arrangement with tolerance compensation, and method for pre-assembly and assembly

The present invention relates to a fastening element with a tolerance-compensation function for fastening add-on elements, in particular roof rails. To this end, a threaded bolt is provided which has a threaded region, a fastening region and a projection. A positioning and assistance element is supported on the protection, and an adjustment element is arranged in the threaded region. An add-on element is arranged on the fastening region. A space between a first and a second component can be compensated for with the aid of the positioning and assistance element in cooperation with the adjustment element. Furthermore, a fastening means is arranged on the threaded region, with the result that the second component is arranged between the adjustment element and the fastening means. The add-on element is fixedly connected to the second component by means of the fastening element in this way.

An adjusting unit for adjusting a spacing between a fixedly mounted first member and a resiliently mounted second member. The adjusting unit comprises an adjusting screw and a sleeve-like receiving member which are adjustable relative to each other via a pair of threads.
