An air filter housing has an inner housing space adapted to receive an air filter element. The air filter housing includes a first housing end and a second housing end located axially opposite the first housing end in relation to the inner housing space, and an outlet pipe extending from the second housing end axially into the inner housing space. The outlet pipe has a center axis and an opening configured to receive clean air from the inner housing space, wherein at least an axial portion of the outlet pipe has a cross-sectional area along a geometrical plane perpendicular to the centre axis which is tapering.

Air filter housing and an air filter element

An air filter housing includes an inner housing space adapted to receive an air filter element. The air filter housing includes a first end and a second end located axially opposite the first end in relation to the inner housing space, and an outlet channel path extending from the inner housing space and out from the second end, the outlet channel path having a length X m, the length X m being adapted to stabilize a noise having a wavelength of Y m travelling through the outlet channel path towards the inner housing space, wherein the length X m is related to the wavelength Y m according to the following relationship: Y/16<X<Y/8.

Filter housing and an air filter system

The present disclosure relates to an air filter housing arrangement () for a cylindrical air filter. In particular, the air filter housing arrangement comprises an at least partially cylindrical air filter housing () arranged to accommodate the cylindrical air filter, wherein the air filter housing comprises an axially and a radially open portion for allowing connection/removal of the cylindrical air filter in both an axial direction and a radial direction.

Air filter housing for an air filter arrangement in a vehicle

The invention relates to a an air supply arrangement () for supplying air from the atmosphere towards an internal combustion engine in a vehicle, the air supply arrangement comprising an air intake () for intake of air from the atmosphere, an air outlet () for outlet of air towards the internal combustion engine, and an air duct () for leading air from the air intake () in a downstream direction to the air outlet (). A separator () is arranged in the air duct () so as to divide the air duct () into an upstream portion () and a downstream portion () for filtering of atmospheric air from debris by passage of said atmospheric air through the separator (). The air supply arrangement () further comprises a compressed air delivery arrangement () being arranged to supply compressed air towards the separator () for cleaning the separator () from assembled debris.

Air supply arrangement for supplying air to an internal combustion engine

A filter element is provided for being removably arranged in a filter housing. The filter element includes a tubular filter material body, and a first end panel at a first end of the filter element in an axial direction of the filter element. The first end panel includes an opening to an interior of the filter material body. The first end panel includes a generally flat external surface, which is inclined in relation to a plane perpendicular to the axial direction of the filter element. A filter housing including a compartment for receiving such a filter element is also provided. A filter system including such a filter element and filter housing, and an internal combustion engine system and a vehicle including such a filter system are also provided.
