A thin-film treatment apparatus for treating viscous material, including a housing, having a heatable and/or coolable housing casing, which encloses a rotationally symmetric treatment chamber extending in the axial direction, an inlet port, arranged in an inlet region of the housing, for feeding the material to be treated into the treatment chamber, an outlet port, arranged in an outlet region of the housings, for discharging the material from the treatment chamber, and a coaxially extending, drivable rotor shaft, arranged in the treatment chamber, for producing a material film on the inner face of the housing casing and for conveying the material in the direction from the inlet region toward the outlet region, the rotor shaft including a central rotor shaft body and rotor blades arranged on the circumference thereof, the radially outermost end of which rotor blades is distanced from the inner face of the housing casing.

Thin-film treatment apparatus

An at least two shaft reactor/mixer, in particular for process engineering treatment of highly viscose, elastic and/or solid containing reaction substance and mixture, in which at the housing inner wall inwardly directed static mixing elements are arranged, which interact with scrapers of the at least two shafts in such a way, that in the area of the spaces between the scrapers the static mixing elements and the housing inner wall sheer forces, in particular a flow disturbance, are generated in an enhanced manner. In addition, there is a system including an end cap for a one or multiple shaft reactor/mixer and a discharge screw connector block being connectable with the end cap in a detachable manner.

The large volume reactor or a thin film evaporator including a housing enclosing a reactor chamber . A reactor rotor driven about an axis of rotation is located in the reactor chamber. The housing comprises a reactor chamber inlet opening and a product outlet. A premixing unit is located adjacent the reactor chamber inlet opening, which is configured to mix a starting material fed through one or more product inlet openings to form a prepared substance which is fed directly to the reactor chamber.

A large-volume reactor () for treating a free-flowing material, having a housing () which surrounds an interior space (), a material feed () at one end of the housing () and a material discharge () at the other end of the housing (). A rotor shaft (), which is driven in rotation about its axis and conveys the material in the direction from the material feed () to the material discharge (), is arranged in the interior space (). A partition wall () in the interior space () defines two separate process spaces () from one another, and the partition wall () includes a build-up system () having a build-up system passage () which leads from an inlet opening () which opens out into the first process space ('), to an outlet opening () which opens out into the second process space (). The build-up system passage () is configured to pass the material from the first process space (&#x2032;) into the second process space (18&#x2033;) and so that the flowing material forms a barrier which effectively prevents gas from passing through the passage.
