Electrical connector

A conductor connection terminal having a first insulating material housing and a second insulating material housing. The first and the second insulating material housings each have a plurality of conductor insertion openings arranged side by side for inserting an electrical conductor in a conductor insertion direction into the insulating material housing. The first insulating material housing has a first busbar and the second insulating material housing has a second busbar, and at least two conductor insertion openings of the first insulating material housing and the second insulating material housing are each associated with a clamping spring having a clamping leg. The clamping leg and the respective busbar form a clamping point for an electrical conductor to be clamped.

Inline connector

A conductor terminal that has an insulating housing, which has a conductor insertion opening for inserting an electrical conductor and a contact element insertion opening for inserting a contact element. A busbar has a clamping section arranged between the inserted electrical conductor and the inserted contact element. A first clamping spring is provided for clamping the electrical conductor, which includes a first clamping leg having a clamping edge oriented in the direction of the clamping section, a first spring bend and a first contact leg, the clamping edge and the clamping section forming a first clamping point for clamping the electrical conductor.

Conductor connection terminal

A conductor connection terminal having an insulating material housing that includes a conductor insertion opening having a conductor insertion channel attached to the conductor insertion opening and a contact pin insertion opening having a contact pin insertion channel attached to the contact pin insertion opening. The conductor connection terminal also has a busbar and a clamping spring. The busbar includes a first contact portion and a second contact portion and the clamping spring has a first clamping limb having a first clamping edge oriented towards the first contact portion of the busbar, a first spring bow, a bearing limb, a second spring bow and a second clamping limb.

A conductor terminal with an insulating material housing, the insulating material housing having a conductor insertion opening for receiving an electrical conductor in a conductor insertion direction, with a conductor rail section, with a clamping spring, wherein the clamping spring has a clamping leg which, with the conductor rail section, forms a clamping point for the electrical conductor, with a retaining element for holding the clamping leg in an open position of the clamping point, wherein a first latching element is arranged on the clamping leg and a second latching element is arranged on the retaining element, wherein the first and second latching elements can be latched together in the open position of the clamping point, the retaining element and the clamping spring being designed as two components which are separate from one another.

A conductor terminal for connecting an electrical conductor by means of spring force clamping, the conductor terminal being configured for mounting on a busbar, the terminal conductor including at least one spring force clamping connection having a clamping spring for clamping the electrical conductor, a housing, which at least partially surrounds the spring force clamping connection and has a conductor insertion opening and a pivotably supported actuation lever, which is configured to actuate at least one part of the clamping spring, a receiving space for receiving at least one section of the busbar onto which the conductor terminal may be mounted, being present in the housing.

A conductor connection terminal with an insulating material housing, a busbar component, a first clamping leg and a second clamping leg, wherein the first clamping leg and the second clamping leg are arranged on a clamping spring or on different clamping springs, respectively, wherein the first clamping leg and the busbar component form a first clamping point for a first electrical conductor to be clamped, and the second clamping leg and the busbar component form a second clamping point for a second electrical conductor to be clamped, wherein the busbar component comprises a first conductor receiving section and a second conductor receiving section at diametrically opposite areas of one another, wherein the first conductor receiving section and the second conductor receiving section are connected to one another via a connecting section.

A conductor connection terminal with an insulating material housing, which has a conductor insertion channel, a busbar in the insulating material housing and a clamping spring. The clamping spring has a contact leg which is supported on the busbar, a spring arch adjoining the contact leg, a clamping leg with a clamping edge adjoining the spring arch, which together with the busbar form a clamping point for clamping an electrical conductor, and a pull tab projecting from the clamping leg. Furthermore, the conductor connection terminal has an operating lever which is pivotably mounted in the insulating material housing, wherein the operating lever has a driver lug and is designed to grip the pull tab with the driver lug and to move the pull tab when the operating lever is pivoted so as to open and close the clamping point.

A conductor terminal with a busbar piece and a clamping spring. The clamping spring has a clamping limb which is oriented towards the busbar piece in order to form a clamping point for clamping an electric conductor between the clamping limb and the bus bar piece, a spring bracket which adjoins the clamping limb, and a contact limb, a vertical section of which extends transversely to the bus bar piece. The vertical section of the contact limb has a recess with edges which surround the bus bar piece. The bus bar piece has a contact wall which adjoins the wall surface of the contact limb vertical section extending transversely to the busbar piece. The wall surface lying on the vertical section side facing away from the clamping limb, and which is designed to support the vertical section of the contact limb on the contact wall.

A contact insert of a conductor terminal for connecting at least one electrical conductor, wherein the contact insert comprises at least one bus bar and at least one clamping spring, wherein the bus bar has at least one through opening, wherein the contact insert has a perforated collar which is designed as a component separate from the bus bar, wherein the perforated collar circumferentially surrounds the through opening at least partially or completely on at least one side of the bus bar.
