A seal assembly for sealing a lubricant space that is formed between a pin, a track shoe pressed-on onto one end of the pin, and a sleeve of a track. The sleeve is pushed onto the pin and is swivelable on the pin. The track further includes at least one second track shoe pressed onto one end of the sleeve. The seal assembly provides a first seal ring for sealing the lubricant space between the sleeve and the first track shoe, and an elastic ring for applying pressure to the first seal ring. The seal assembly further provides a second seal ring for sealing the lubricant space between the sleeve and the first track shoe and/or the pin.

Seal assembly

A seal assembly includes an outer annular case disposed within and coupled with a rotatable outer member to be angularly displace about a central axis. An annular flexible seal is disposed within and coupled with the case to angularly displace about the central axis when the outer member rotates about the axis. The flexible seal has elastomeric sealing lip(s) engageable with an outer circumferential surface of the shaft or of a sleeve disposed about the shaft. An annular inner rigid seal is disposed within the outer case and has an inner end coupled with the shaft or the sleeve, the flexible seal being radially displaceable with respect to the inner rigid seal. An outer annular rigid seal is disposed about the inner seal and has an inner end sealing against the inner rigid seal. A biasing member biases the outer rigid seal against the inner rigid seal.

Cassette seal for use in extreme environments

A seal assembly for sealing a lubricant space that is formed between a pin, a track shoe pressed-on onto one end of the pin, and a sleeve of a track. The sleeve is pushed onto the pin and is swivelable on the pin. The track further includes at least one second track shoe pressed onto one end of the sleeve. The seal assembly provides a first seal ring for sealing the lubricant space between the sleeve and the first track shoe, and an elastic ring for applying pressure to the first seal ring. The seal assembly further provides a second seal ring for sealing the lubricant space between sleeve and the first track shoe and/or the pin.

A seal cassette for a roll line in a continuous casting machine. The seal cassette configured to seal off a space from an outside environment and includes a first circumferential element and a second circumferential element arranged coaxially and rotatably movable relative each other. At least one third circumferential element is provided and is arranged coaxially relative the first and the second circumferential element and further arranged to be rotatably movable relative the second circumferential element. The first circumferential element is formed as a sleeve extending in an axial direction (A). The second circumferential element provides at least one circumferential seal portion arranged to seal between the second element and the first element. The at least one third circumferential element provides at least one circumferential seal portion to seal between the third element and the second element and further provides a circumferential seal portion that seals against the first element.

Seal cassette for a continuous casting machine

A sealing assembly including an elastic seal lip having a movable part is provided. The seal lip is configured to be attached to a first part of a machine and to be in contact with a second part of the machine. At least one acceleration sensor is fixed to the movable part of the seal lip, and that assembly further includes a data processing device for processing data obtained from the acceleration sensor. The data processing device is configured to determine the orientation of the acceleration sensor in relation to the direction of gravity.

A sealing assembly is disposed so as to provide a sealing function between two parts of a track that are movable relative to each other. The sealing assembly includes an elastic ring having a radially-encircling sealing lip that fixedly and sealingly abuts on a first part of the track. The sealing assembly also includes a support ring that is rotatable relative to a sealing ring having a sealing edge. The support ring has a slip surface, on which the sealing edge sealingly abuts.
