A hydraulic bearing includes a supporting bearing, a bearing base, and an annular spring element of elastomeric material interconnecting the supporting base and the bearing base. A working chamber and a compensating chamber are bounded by the supporting bearing and bearing base and filled with damping fluid. A partition having an opening separates the working chamber from the compensating chamber. The opening connects the working chamber and the compensating chamber in a fluid-conducting manner. An annular stop is disposed in the working chamber and is movable relative to the supporting bearing in an axial direction. An inner peripheral edge of the annular stop is received in a receiving portion of the supporting bearing. A ratio of a thickness of the inner peripheral edge in the axial direction and a height of the receiving portion in the axial direction is 0.5 to 1.

Hydraulic bearing

Hydraulic damper bearing for the attenuation of movement. In one embodiment the hydraulic damper bearing has a first anchoring unit and a second anchoring unit, the second anchoring unit moveable in relation to the first anchoring unit. The hydraulic damper bearing also has a spring component working between the first and the second anchoring units, an operating chamber filled with damping fluid and an equalizing chamber separate from the operating chamber and in fluid communication with the operating chamber via a damping duct which is bordered by a duct wall. The volume of the operating chamber is changed during the relative motion of the first and second anchoring support units. During this relative movement, the damping fluid is moved in the damping duct between the equalizing chamber and the operating chamber. A displacing element is arranged on the first anchoring unit and extends into the operating chamber. This element is moveable with the first anchoring unit relative to the second anchoring unit, so that the duct wall of the damping duct is formed at least in part by the displacing element.

The operating chamber ( ) and the compensation chamber ( ) are separated by a separating wall ( ) that is impacted on both sides by the damping fluid. This separating wall ( ) is held in position at the second anchoring member ( ) by a separating object ( ), where the separating object ( ) includes at least a first and a second separating object element ( ) which are adjacent in an axial bearing direction. The separating object elements ( ) are braced against each other and form a first radial inner section of the channel wall. A housing section ( ) formed onto the second anchoring member ( ) forms a radially outer section ( ) of the channel wall.

Hydraulically damped bearing

A dual-mode twin-chamber thrust bearing has a work chamber and an equalizing chamber. The chambers are separated by a partition. The partition has passageway in the center that is closable via an actuator, and also has a damping channel that hydraulically connects two chambers. The partition also has holes. A membrane is located in a recess in the partition. The partition covers the holes in the partition and can be tightly sealed. An axially movable pressure disk secures or releases the membrane as it is pushed by the actuator. The pressure disk is provided with holes in the area of the partition holes.

Dual-mode twin-chamber thrust bearing having hydraulic damping

A hydraulically-damping sleeve-type rubber spring with an inner support element, which is surrounded by an outer support element at a radial distance. A spring element made of an elastomeric material is arranged in the gap formed by the radial distance. The outer support element and the spring element delimit at least one working chamber, which is connected with at least one first equalization chamber by at least one damping channel to conduct fluid. Viewed in cross-section, the first equalization chamber is delimited by the outer support element and a rubber-elastic expansion wall, where at least one second equalization chamber is arranged in the first equalization chamber, and the second equalization chamber is connected with the working chamber by a connecting channel.

Hydraulically damping sleeve-type rubber spring

A hydraulically damped motor mount is provided comprising a bearing plate, annular resilient member and a bottom plate forming a working spaced filled with hydraulic liquid which is connected through a choke opening to a liquid filled equalization space of variable volume. Two grid plates are disposed between the working space and the equalization space. A thin partition is disposed between the two grid plates. The grid bars of both grid plates continuously rest against the partition. The partial regions of the partition associated with the grid openings are provided with a separation which comprises a cut having a maximum width of 0.2 times the thickness of the partition. The smalles width of each grid opening is about 2.5 to 25 times the thickness of the partition.
