A ratcheting tool comprises a drive housing provided with a housing cover and an actuating lever. A drive is arranged in the drive housing, wherein the drive comprises a rotary part with toothing rotatably supported in the drive housing. A connector serves for receiving plug-on or plug-in tools. A locking pawl is pivotally arranged in the drive housing, wherein the locking pawl comprises a toothing which engages the toothing of the rotary part for transmitting torque in one direction of rotation. A switch sets the direction of rotation and the engagement of the toothing of the locking pawl into the toothing of the rotary part. A hinge connection connects the locking pawl to the switch, wherein the switch comprises a switching pin which is rotatably supported in the drive housing.

The invention relates to a torque sensor comprising an inner body, an outer annular body surrounding the inner body concentrically and webs connecting the inner body to the outer annular body in a star shape. Further on the torque sensor comprises a means for introducing torque and at least one measuring element on a web for determining deformation. The webs have the form of a u-profile.

A crank operated torque tool has a tool holder shaft with an offset central portion and two straight, aligned, end members forming a crank. One end of the tool is preferably formed to receive and temporarily secure a torque tool. The other end has one end of an elongate, cylindrical, handle piece rotatably attached thereto, the other end of the handle piece being adapted to removably and rotatably receive a disc-shaped, thrust piece.
