In an embodiment an automotive solid-state headlamp includes a lamp body extending in a longitudinal direction, the lamp body having a rear base portion and a front portion and including a support member disposed in a light-transmissive housing, a plurality of solid-state light sources arranged on the support member at the rear base portion of the lamp body, and a drive circuitry electrically coupled to the light sources and arranged at the rear base portion of the lamp body and configured to operate the plurality of light sources when energized, wherein the plurality of light sources, when energized, are configured to cause the solid-state lamp to emit, through the light-transmissive housing (a) a luminous flux of at least 1500 lumens +/&#x2212;10% when energized with a 13.2 Volt test voltage, or of at least 1750 lumens +/&#x2212;10% when energized with a 28 Volt test voltage, or (b) a luminous flux of at least 1350 lumens +/&#x2212;10% when energized with a 13.2 Volt test voltage, or of at least 1600 lumens +/&#x2212;10% when energized with a 28 Volt test voltage.

Automotive solid-state retrofit headlamp

The invention relates to a halogen incandescent lamp for motor vehicle headlamps with two incandescent filaments (), which are arranged within a lamp vessel (), wherein a first incandescent filament () is designed for operation with a higher electrical power than the second incandescent filament (), wherein the incandescent filaments () are constructed in such a way that their dimensions and/or their geometry are in each case matched to an operating voltage of at least 20 volts, and at least the second incandescent filament () is an incandescent filament in the form of a single coil. Preferably, both incandescent filaments () are in the form of incandescent filaments with a single coil, wherein the first incandescent filament () is used, for example, for producing the upper beam or lower beam and the second incandescent filament () is used for producing the daytime driving light or foglight.

An apparatus for performing machining operations in poorly accessible locations includes a fastening head, which is held at one end of a shaft stub, while the other end is in engagement via a bevel gear drive with a drive shaft which is retained in a longitudinal housing. A longitudinally displaceable telescopic guide is provided on the longitudinal housing at right angles thereto. The telescopic guide is compressible counter to the pressure of a spring. A micrometer screw is provided for fine adjustment of the distance between the fastening head and the telescopic guide.

Apparatus for performing machining operations in poorly accessible

A two-part navigational measurement device comprising a transparent circular disc having a coordinate grid thereon. An annular ring is coaxially positioned about the circular disc, the circular disc being rotatable within the annular ring. The annular ring has gradations around at least half of its circumference. A tangent ruler is fixed to the annular ring, the tangent ruler having a tangent edge which is tangent to the annular ring at the mid-point of the gradations. Means, such as a set screw may be provided for locking the disc and the annular ring against rotation relative to each other after the course to be adhered to has been determined.
