An assembled product includes at least three elements arranged in three different planes. A first element is connected perpendicular to a second element, and a third element is connected perpendicular to the second element. The assembled product includes one or more locking devices, each comprising a flexible tongue arranged in an insertion groove one of the at least three elements. The flexible tongue cooperates with a tongue groove, at an adjacent one of the at least three elements, for locking the one element and the adjacent element together. A second edge of the second element is connected to a second edge of the third element by a first of said locking devices.

Assembled product and a method of assembling the assembled product

A locking rail for locking of a first and a second panel horizontally. The panels each include an essentially vertical panel surface and an essentially horizontal edge surface. The locking rail includes a first and a second locking device which are configured to engage the edge surface of the first and the second panel, respectively, and an interconnecting extension which extends between said first and second locking device. The first and second locking device each includes a first locking tongue which extends essentially perpendicular to the interconnecting extension. The first locking tongue of the first locking device is configured for locking of the first panel in a first horizontal direction and the first locking tongue of the second locking device is configured for locking of the second panel in the first horizontal direction. The locking rail includes a first locking part which extends essentially perpendicular to the interconnecting extension.

A method of producing a semi-product for a structural element or for a core for a building panel, wherein the method comprises the step of: attaching at least two distance strips by an adhesive to a first wood board; attaching a second wood board to the distance strips by an adhesive; and cutting the first and the second wood boards and the distance strips in the length direction of the wood boards.

Building panels each comprise an upper first element of solid wood fixed to a lower second element of solid wood. The first and the lower second element are of different wood species. The building panels are provided with a mechanical locking system which comprises a locking strip at a first edge of a first building panel. The locking strip is provided with a locking element configured to cooperate with a locking groove at a second edge of a second building panel for horizontal locking of the first and the second building panels when a tension force is applied. The fiber direction of the first and the lower second elements is essentially along the first and the second edges. The lower second element has about the same or higher moisture shrinkage value than the first element. The locking strip comprises material of the lower second element.
